Delightful museum with a large variety of exhibits. It has a cafe which serves a decent range of hot meals and snacks and drinks. We came to see the Messel Pit fossils which were abundant and well displayed.. There were other areas with interesting exhibits of human skulls and skeletons of animals. Nice place to spend the whole day .The Welcome Hotel is close by and is a very nice hotel to stay

Definitely worth checking out what is "on" in this theatre! The "Dreigroschenoper", a classic German piece by Bert Brecht, incredibly well performed, in the right ambience. A weekend highlight.
