Lake Tahoe Balloons proudly presents one of the most beautiful and unique hot air balloon adventures in the world. Inflate, launch and land on the world's only U.S.C.G. certified aircraft carrier vessel for hot air balloons. We operate seven days a week May through October, weather permitting. All flights occur during the early morning hours when the winds are light and the air is cool and stable. Your flight includes breakfast snacks, boat cruise, approximately a one hour flight and a traditional post-flight champagne toast. Advance reservations are required. Truckee River Raft Company is the original Lake Tahoe Rafting company. We are located on River Road/Highway 89 in the heart of Tahoe City, California. Our raft excursions consist of a leisurely, self-guided, five-mile float down the Truckee River. Our voyage is perfect for family and friends ages 2 and up. You’ll cruise through mellow and serene areas with picturesque mountain views and lively little rapids, punctuated here and there with perfect swimming holes and picnic spots. We happily welcome dogs and encourage you to bring lunch and drinks (but remember, NO Styrofoam or glass) or just enjoy the view!
