It would be an understatement to say that Rachel's goes the extra mile! I've used the company a couple of times and have enjoyed friendly and efficient service from start to finish each time. Recently, my flight from London to Logan Boston was delayed by a couple of hours. The driver was waiting for me when I arrived. He was very helpful and friendly and helped me with my luggage at both ends. The car was comfie and clean. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Rachel. She definitely takes the stress out of travelling!

The shuttle takes you all around the harbor and makes several stops. If you want to, you can stay on it for the full ride or get off and on at the various stops. Great way to get a feel for Newport harbor and all of the beautiful sailing ships and luxury craft.
