I am living part of my time in the Algarve, where I work as a Hospitality Trainer and certified Integral Yoga® Teacher. I love teaching Integral Hatha Yoga, because it integrates the various branches of Yoga into a comprehensive practice accessible to everyone independent of health and age. I also teach Yoga for stress management and soon partner yoga. Classes in English, German & Portuguese, I also speak French, Spanish and Italian.
