We are located right in the heart of Tehran, in Ferdowsi area. You are perfectly located to get around Tehran. A short walk to Darvaze Dowlat Metro satation and BRT (bus rapid transit) station that connect you to all destinations in Tehran. Only 2 metro stations distance to Emam Khomeini square where is the most popular destination in Tehran and you face a lot of tourism attractions there

Reviewed By Aliyeh JWe went there a few nights ago while they had some renovation. However, they didn’t inform us that they have some reconstructions at the booking time. If we were aware of that in advance, it was much better as professional behavior. They didn’t offer breakfast due to Ramadan, but we think it was because of the redecorations. It has two baths, but the one upstairs was out of service due to the amendments. The bath was very clean and spacious. The room size was fine, but the bed was too noisy at night; we even heard the other room’s bed noise. It was full of bugs which made the sleep, not a good one. The location was excellent; several restaurants and supermarkets were around the area.

Reviewed By Andres GI really enjoy my stay in Asia Hotel. The place is quite and clean. The staff are very friendly. You will find a metro station just in front the hotel. I will be back for sure. Iran is and amazing place.

This hotel probably has one of the best access to all of Tehran, no matter where in Tehran you wish to go, with direct access to Haghani , Modarres and Hemmat highways, Jordan & Valiasr streets and is situated right next to the Mirdamad Metro station. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and pleasant, you are situated very close to the Iranian central bank and Tehran’s business district.

Reviewed By berkaya299We stayed at here for 3 nights. This hotel is so clean and building is new. Staff was so friendly. As for parking they have park-place you can park your car easily. Another time we will prefer this hotel undoubtly.

A walking distance from international exhibition with great access to city attractions. with newly renovated rooms, three restaurants, huge garden and experienced staff Baloot hotel is truly a place for those on business and those on holiday.

Reviewed By mina jthe hotel located in a very luxurious location of Tehran, a short walk to international exhibition and good access to many embassies and large malls. You can reach to any staff you want in the neighborhood easily. There is no lobby but a nice garden you can use free. It has one floor so the there is not a lot of rooms there. The rooms are big and has fridges, TV, coffee maker and free minibar which recharges every day. The persian restaurant was really good with nice staff and delicious food, i didn't try the italian one. the hotel staff are so polite and helpful. there were to negative points first about breakfast. there wasn't enough space there so we have to wait for a table. the food for breakfast was not delicious and their quality was low. the dishes weren't refilled and you have to asked for water. The second is about cleanliness, unfortunately the blanket wasn't so clear and dressed. I think the house keeping should be done more strictly.

Reviewed By 947oscarqEs el hotel que más caro me ha salido del viaje a Teherán, y sin duda el de peor relación calidad-precio, quizás por haberlo reservado a través de 1stquest (pero es que desde España es difícil reservar y necesitaba hacerlo para el visado). La habitación es muy sencilla y el baño minúsculo, aunque está todo limpio, pero se ve que no han renovado nada en los últimos 30 años. El desayuno es correcto y el personal amable. La zona donde está situada es un poco desangelada, pero la ubicación es buena para visitar puntos de interés como el Palacio de Golestán, el gran bazar o la embajada americana.

Perfect trip
Reviewed By LeylamoniriHello. It was really a wonderful place. We were in the middle of the village and seeing the villagers was a good feeling. The forest scenery was very beautiful. We had access to nearby tourist attractions and it was very enjoyable. We could go to the sea, both to the mountains and to the forest. The design of the cottages was very beautiful and had great facilities. The bathrooms were clean and modern. We enjoyed this trip a lot. I hope we go back to this beautiful place again.

Sepand Hostel are new designed and furnished in centre of Tehran with quality and atmosphere of 3 stars hotel but in lowest price. we are offering highest quality service which you prefer to receive from 3 stars hotel but in other hand you will pay less. All are rooms have separate private shower,LED SAT TV,High performance internet,Private air condition,Tea maker and refrigerator.

Reviewed By Ariffian NWas not allowed for early check in even though we were just an hour early. Fine, we won't argue with hotel policy. But when finally checked in, we entered the room and there was a sour smell. The kind that is associated with Sick Building Syndrome. Realised that the bedsheets were damp. Asked for them to be changed but was informed that they had no spare bed sheets (i call BS on this) and was curtly told to wait for it to dry. Door is not soundproofing so could hear people tramping outside like dinosaurs. Not worth it for the price.

Beautiful area, poor service
Reviewed By Shahriar GI used its restaurant. It's entrance is in Naser Khosro street. 1. Food was good 2. Service was poor 3. Beautiful area 4. Prices are normal. Chicken kebab and Cooked chicken were good. It can be one option if you are near Imam Khomeini square.

The 2-star Sasan Hotel is located at Niroo Alley, Shariati St. If you are a shopaholic, you are going to like it here because some of Tehran shopping centers are near this hotel. Such as Haft-e Tir street. Also, if you are more a historical tourist, you can visit Qasr Museum Garden and Golestan Palace, which are about 20 minutes drive from the hotel. In Tehran Sasan Hotel the reception is 24h. The staff will help you to order a taxi anytime you wish, hence, the transportation should not be an issue. The complimentary breakfast is serving in buffet restaurant on the first floor, along with local food. Try some Persian cuisine while you are there! If you do not like to sightseeing the city alone, you can use Tehran Sasan Hotel’s half-day city tours. After all, a local tour guide can be very helpful. The laundry is available from 9 AM to 14 PM. Also, the hotel does the currency exchange for you. The hotel is kid-friendly too, therefore the children under the age of 7 are free of charge

Reviewed By PrazdNik PHotel reception is nice, staff very kind and professional. Stayed in a single room. The room was clean, had a small balcony with the view to the street. Internet was working, breakfast was easy but good ( tasty bread, egg, cheese and tea). Plenty of shops and cafes on the shariati street which is on the corner. Quite place. Only bad point was bathroom, but seen there will be new water-closets installed soon so hopefully they will also refresh a bathrooms to make them more good looking and nicer to use. Small hotel for short stay is ok. Bearing in mind their 2 star rating.
