Reviewed By VivekMestriStayed for 2 nights. The stay was really awesome room were really too specious and clean. Staff was very helpful. I visited this hotel with my family and a kid of 1 year old so I was constantly in touch with Mr. Srimanth from FNB and chef Uday. They really helped us a lot.

Reviewed By sweg_21It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly especially Edwin. I came without any booking and fortunately Edwin helped me with a bed in the dorm. Many shops and restaurants are close by. Stayed there for one night. Would choose it again. Definitely recommended.

Reviewed By ditid2017Very convenient location. Just 2 minutes walk from Madgaon station. Very polite and cooperative staff. Went with cousins for trip and enjoyed stay very much. Car service details were provided upon request for our visit to Colva Beach which is 7-8kms from the hotel.

Amazing Place
Reviewed By abhinay324Located right in the middle of Agonda and Palolem Beach. Spent a week in here, Loved the ambience and Food. Thanks to Mr Sandesh we were always delighted with amazing food. We spend most of the day chilling by the pool. The place has lots of green cover. We also took a trek to Butterfly Beach which is at 10 min walk from the property. On our last day we were treated with Live music from amazing Musicians. We are definitely recommending this place to all people visiting along with Friends and Family.

Me and my family members visited this property and beleive me this was worst place. Rooms were dirty with bad smell in the rooms. Even unwashed and dirty bedsheets. Staff were so rude. No maintenance of rooms, fornt yard and complete property. Even the dining space was so dirty. Actual picture of the property is not at all as it was shown in their property. Totally cheating is going..

Linen was clean. A helpful polite gujrati young fellow at reception on morning shift. The narrow stairs make for an unimpressive enterance but rest was good. Didn't try room service, not sure if it existed. Room overlooked a lovely yellow building. A compact sit out balcony with the room, not outright open but with openable glass panle. Amazing cafe close by - bharat cafe, must place for breakfast, a restaurant named "karishma " 300 mtrs away - had lovely goan meal ( thali) with family, good food. It was about midnight , stays open till 1 am. Bus stand and auto stand r right next to the hotel. An temple close by and MMC market . one stop solution for shopping stuff for journey back.

New Hotel which has a long way to go
Reviewed By The_Gr8_One_MervWe decided to stay in this hotel looking at Google reviews and pictures online. While we booked the hotel, the prices told to me were different when I had called and were different when my friend had called. That was quite unprofessional. The location is pretty easy to find on Google maps. Bang opposite the railway station. Check in was a routine affair. Not much of a hassle. The rooms were big and spacious. Well i thought it could have been a touch nearer but nothing really to complain about. The washrooms were neat. The breakfast was a South Indian affair and the dishes were good for the minimum variety they had. The lunch at the restaurant was also very tasty. Overall the quality of food was good. There is ample parking space and there is a security round the clock so there's no worry about the security of the vehicle. The swimming pool although neat and tidy is right next to the service entry to the kitchen. Vehicles stop to load/unload their stuff right next to the pool. That's a drawback. Also it's an open access from outside the hotel. So anyone who come to visit the hotel even for lunch can just walk by the pool which isn't really great. There's no exclusivity for hotel checked in guests as such. The service is really really poor. We had to wait for ages to get something whether it was in the restaurant or for that matter room service. The didn't even replace the water bottles on the second day. They claim to have a spa and massage centre but it's not yet open as such. Most facilities in the hotel are still in their setting up stage. Heavily understaffed to say the least. Worth the money? Yes considering it was a trip with friends. Would I go back? Maybe is they improve a few facilities and get their staff in line.
