Reviewed By Willpegg87Great hotel, located right next to the ski slopes, ski schools, ski lifts, rental equipment, shops and first aid, restaurant and apres ski bars! (All within a 30 meter walk!) The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay happy and relaxed. Although the hotel doesn’t offer vegan meals, we spoke with the restaurant staff and the chefs created new meals for us every day (as well as a wide selection of a salad buffet beforehand) If I were to make one minorly critical point: it would be nice to have at least one fixed vegan option on the menu every day. We were tired on the last day and decided to visit some nearby towns, unfortunately we got caught in a blizzard on the way back up to the hotel. The hotel owner himself came out and pulled our car up the hill with his 4x4 himself! (Many thanks Gottfried, this is service well beyond our expectations :-)) The hotel itself has a welcoming reception, delightful fire, swimming pool, sauna and a hotel bar. This was a fantastic trip with plenty of fun blue and red ski slopes (with one or two black ones as well) I highly recommend this hotel and thank them for making this a memorable stay. Many thanks!

Residence-hotel Ambiez lies in a top position for ski and mountain lovers. In winter it is only 100m far from the lifts and nearly 10m from the slope for a no car holiday (one car park per apartment always included). In summer easy walks start just behind the residence, for more difficoult ones you can even take advantage of the lift leading you into the hearth of the Brenta Dolomites.

The staff were generally really helpful and friendly - especially Marco in the bar, nothing was ever too much trouble and always extremely friendly and helpful and always wearing a big smile - thank you Marco you are a huge asset to Residence!! Also young Nicola was superb in the restaurant, again always wearing a big smile and always happy to help - Thank you Nicole you have bright future ahead of you! And Eleanor on reception too went out of her way to help us, especially with getting our pre-departure covid tests booked - Thanks again Eleanor! Our room was perfect for skiing (family of 4 all over 16) - newly renovated and as close to the gondolas as we could get. The hotel was very clean and tidy and suited us well. Thanks again all - keep doing your great work!

Reviewed By onlyidaValeria and Nadia who are the owners of the Antica Residenza de Poda could not have been more helpful. They were a font of knowledge, super accommodating and extremely friendly. The family 'residenza' was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfasts were delicious with loads of home-baking.

Reviewed By 2point4kidsEnglandWe stayed in a 1 bed apartment that was modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Sofa beds in the kitchen/lounge area were 2 individual ones that suited our older children and just enough space to leave them up in the day time. Good WiFi and air con(although a bit noisy to have on at night). Beautiful views across the mountains and a balcony off each room. 15 mins walk to restaurants and bars and a further 15 mins to the centre of town. 5 mins in the car and easy to park. Being a bit out of town the location was quiet and suited us well. Parking directly outside or in the underground car Park. Only downside was the pool which was small and had limited beds/shaded areas. Riva is a great base for exploring the North of the lake and we would revisit.

Christian e Lisa veramente gentilissimi e disponibili; appartamento moderno e super pulito, con un'ottima colazione e utilizzo di macchina del caffè/bollitore quando si vuole. Molto apprezzata l'attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari (mi hanno fornito il latte di soia per tutto il soggiorno). Ottima anche la posizione, tranquilla e poco distante dal centro. Bellissima vista sulle montagne! Terrò sicuramente il numero dovessi tornare a Trento! Marta

Reviewed By Andrew1721We’ve just spent a week in the Hotel Milano and would highly recommend it: the staff are attentive, helpful, and very patient if your Italian is not that good (like mine). They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The food is also very good. Roberto (the owner) speaks fantastic English and runs a great hotel, but he is also happy to recommend other places to eat, and even where to buy the best salami!
