B&B Parco del Mulino, home of the Italian Association of People Down - Onlus in Livorno section, can accommodate 6 rooms (4 double and 2 singles, all with private en-suite bathroom); it stands a few kilometers from Livorno city center and near the sea, connected by a bike road along the sea-side. The property is located within a large park in the shade of a Renaissance Mill expertly restored.
Ok for a one night stopover
Reviewed By Pam HWe stayed for one night in Livorno to catch the early ferry to Corsica. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly basic but clean. Secure parking behind a high fence. A pizza cafe on site. Breakfast was help yourself to packaged items.

Reviewed By steffenwA1208PXI can just say that it was beautiful. An oasis of peace with a wonderful atmosphere. Very helpful and kind recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants from Luca. Beautiful breakfast in a private atmosphere and even individual wishes are fulfilled. We had the feeling that everything was done so that we have a great and comfortable time. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay a lot!! :)

Overpiced. Absolutely no service. Scam.
Reviewed By Tinneke BMe and my friend came to hotel boutique Carolina after staying one night in their “partner” hotel Alta La Vista, which had bad working airco, no wifi and a very small room with absolutely no view (the window was the door). We were then offered a room at Hotel Boutique Caroline where we were welcomed with “here you will have no problems with the airco and wifi! Sure enough the room looked nice as it was brand new but when we arrived back that night from a concert at the nearby Bolgheri festival...sure enough, the airco did not work. Temperatures were 40 degrees celsius during the day so it was way too hot to sleep and although this hotel claims to be 4 stars, there was no one at the reception area and no one to contact. We could not even open the window as we were on the ground floor and again the window was a door so everyone could have entered. We complained at checkout and I wrote an email asking for a compensation, but of course: no answer. 190 euros for one night....really a scam.

Beautiful location and pleasant stay

This is a beautiful hotel on short distance of several authentic towns and on walking distance from the beach. The family and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds. Breakfast is well arranged with fresh fruit, delicious bread, omelets, cappuccino and more. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. Here you find the best seafood dishes, pasta’s, risotto, pizza’s and fantastic desserts. Compliments for the scroppino’s they serve. In short, we had a perfect stay; enough reasons to come back!

Ci accoglie la governante dicendo che la proprietaria non c'è e in pratica, per via telefonica, ci dice che la nostra prenotazione non risulta tramite booking. Per telefono, urlando e accusandoci di frode, ci stacca il telefono in faccia negando la prenotazione pur avendo codice e pin della prenotazione tramite booking. Chiediamo la sua presenza in sede, senza nessun risultato, ANZI ci ributta il telefono in faccia dicendo che era una perdita di tempo. RISULTATO: ABBIAMO DORMITO ALLA STAZIONE! fate voi....

Good room with air con
Reviewed By sonisonia01Luckily the room I was in, was newly built and I was the first customer to stay in. It is on the ground floor, the only problem is the shower which would make a mess everywhere as the floor was not deep enough for the water to go down, but then again the room is supposed to be for disabled, so it’s difficult I guess to make it right. Breakfast was good with sweet and savoury options, cappuccino was also good.

We stayed one week with my wife and two kids, 4 and 7 years old, the hotel is really beautiful, calm, and the property is quiet, we really enjoy our rooms and restaurant ( very good food and wines )!!! gardens are really beauiful and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes max...... Thank you VERY MUCH to the people working there, very nice people !!! We had a great one week vacation !!! We will be back ! THANK YOU, GRAZIE MILLE !
