You can find us in the center of Litohoro, alongside the main road, well connected with the traditional architecture of Litohoro. Two stone buildings (one building was built in 1930 with stone boulders 60cm), came together to create a special place suitable for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and -why not- for adventure, fun and entertainment, as well as around our hostel are various shops with traditional products and local delicacies, bakeries, taverns, cafes and bars. Also, on the parallel main road there is a stop for the daily transport of the village with the city of Katerini (30Km).

Reviewed By _N5121NXAccording to Booking this is an hotel, but according to the owner, a guest house. Nevertheless, it's the perfect place to spend your time in Litochoro. Centrally located. Room size is ok, clean, and nicely furnished. Breakfast is wonderful, and above all, Stella will make sure you have a perfect time in the area. Highly recommended.

Προσοχή, δαγκώνουν άσχημα!
Reviewed By macdinosΠήγα για δύο βράδια και έφυγα κακήν-κακώς. Ο Ξενώνας είναι όμορφος, η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και τα δωμάτια άνετα και ευρύχωρα. Που είναι το πρόβλημα; Το βράδυ δέχτηκα ανηλεή επίθεση εντόμων, ψύλλων ή κοριών και έφυγα με πάνω από 50 στίγματα στο σώμα μου. Καλό το στυλ με τις πέτρες και τα ξύλα αλλά να προσέχουμε και την καθαριότητα. Ο ξενοδόχος δήλωσε άγνοια ενώ σύμφωνα με αυτόν είχε γίνει απεντόμωση μόλις πριν από μία εβδομάδα. Δεν θα μας ξαναδεί φυσικά.

Reviewed By Stella PΤο ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο και η θέα που προσφέρει είναι καλή, αλλά κάπου εδώ τελειώνουν και τα θετικά του χαρακτηριστικά. Στο χαριτωμένο επάνω ξύλινο μέρος του ξενοδοχείου η μόνωση είναι ανύπαρκτη, θα έλεγε κανείς ότι οι τοίχοι είναι χάρτινοι. Περάσαμε 10 τραγικές νύχτες όντας έρμαια ανάμεσα στο θόρυβο των διερχόμενων αυτοκινήτων, το θόρυβο του απέναντι μπαρ, που παραμένει ανοιχτό μέχρι τα χαράματα και κυρίως το θόρυβο των υπόλοιπων ενοίκων που, άθελά τους οι άνθρωποι, ήταν σαν να ζούσαν μέσα στο δικό μας δωμάτιο, με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται κατά τις βραδινές ώρες! Αν ο στόχος του ξενοδοχείου είναι να εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες των ζευγαριών, είναι σεβαστός, απλώς θα πρέπει κάπου να αναγράφεται αυτό έτσι, ώστε να μην έρχονται σε δύσκολη θέση γονείς με μικρά παιδιά. Στο αποκορύφωμα, όλα τα παραπάνω πασπαλισμένα με την παντελή έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού από την πλευρά της ιδιοκτήτριας-καθαρίστριας, η οποία με τη χρήση ακατάπαυστης φλυαρίας και απευθυνόμενη σε εμάς με τα μικρά μας ονόματα, σαν να είμαστε φιλαράκια απ’ το στρατό, μας ανακοίνωνε, με δήθεν καλοσυνάτη χωρική συμπεριφορά, κάθε μέρα κι από κάτι, όπως ότι δεν υπάρχουν αρκετές πετσέτες για όλους στο ξενοδοχείο (!) ή να μας δώσει μια σακούλα να αλλάξουμε εμείς τον κάδο σκουπιδιών (!), λες και βρισκόμαστε σε ενοικιαζόμενο της κακιάς ώρας του 1980. Είναι αλήθεια ότι το νέο αίμα του (κατά τα άλλα) υποσχόμενου αυτού νέου ξενοδοχείου καταβάλλει φιλότιμες προσπάθειες για να καλύψει τα κενά, αλλά θα πρέπει να γνωρίζει ότι η εποχή που στην Ελλάδα κάποιοι δήθεν επαγγελματίες έστηναν επιχειρήσεις με αέρα κοπανιστό έχει παρέλθει. Υπάρχουν σπουδές στις τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις, υπάρχουν σεμινάρια κατάρτισης για τον τρόπο λειτουργίας και συμπεριφοράς προς τους πελάτες, υπάρχουν μηχανικοί που κάνουν μελέτες για το πού μπαίνει ένα κλιματιστικό...και γενικά, υπάρχει κώδικας δεοντολογίας σε όλα τα επαγγέλματα. Το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο είναι ανέντιμο στις τιμές του για αυτά που (δεν) προσφέρει και απέχει μακράν από τα υπέροχα καταλύματα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί -με τις ίδιες ή και καλύτερες τιμές- στο υπέροχο χωριό του Λιτοχώρου.

Reviewed By Pia EIt was clean and fresh, close to the sea, shops and more. Very nice staff. The beds are comfortable. I hade the best coffee there. Very nice place. I did miss fresh jouse for the breakfast. well worth a stay.

First of all the hosts - Despina and her family are very friendly and thoughtful and they took care of all our needs...we felt really welcome! We had a very nice apartment, extremely clean, very well split and with a large balcony. The building is very close to the beach and to restaurants and a nice park for children. Many thanks to Despina and her family for the hospitality and also the delicious cookies / loukoumades . For sure we will go back and we recommend it to everyone!

Our hotel is located at the eastern slopes of Olympus and in the south part of the village of Palaios Panteleimonas. Built of stone with wooden details, it follows the traditional architecture of the region. The accommodation at our hotel can be combined with walks at the village and at the paths of Olympus as well as with vacations at the sea, since it is only 3 kilometers from the beach of Neos Panteleimonas and 6 kilometers from the beach of Platamonas. Our hotel is located at a 20 km distance from Litochoro and from the famous waterfalls , Enipeas Canyon, while 3 kilometers away is the castle of Platamonas and 23 kilometrers away anchient Dion.

Reviewed By StanisisΛοιπόν οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ θετικοί και ευγενικοι άνθρωποι πρώτον. Δεύτερον είχαμε κλείσει άλλο δωμάτιο κ οταν φτάσαμε είδαμε ότι είναι άλλο. Λάθος συνεννόηση από κει. Το δωμάτιο πάλι ήταν ωραίο αλλα είχε κατσαριδες κ το χειρότερο το ένα σεντόνι ήταν καθαρό μεν αλλά με κηλίδα αίματος. Συστήνω απεντομωση . Φασαρία από πολυ πρωί με σκούπες κ φωνές οπότε δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς καθόλου καλά. Θα έπρεπε να είχε καλύτερη ηχομόνωση. Αυτά,δυστυχώς δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι.
