Reviewed By Pablo MA great place to stay, it has all the necessary amenities to rest and relax after a long day of work. Special praise to Obed who always gives an excellent service and is willing to hear and help in any way he can. A truly wonderful person who helped me a lot while I was there. I stayed at the hotel for over a month and have nothing but gratitude for him and everyone who works there for making my stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely come back when I have to work in the area again.

Reviewed By sergio14rYes this is a cheap hotel, but regardless there are things that you would not expect. No toilet paper. When we called the front desk they said that they could gladly provide it if we went to the front desk to get it. Same with the extra towels. Room smelled like cigar. Just a plain sheet on beds, no blankets. Have to get those from front desk too. Used shampoo on bathroom. Cleaning only every 7 days according to front desk. Lots of noise from other rooms. Elevator floors always wet during the day due to people coming out of the pool and getting in the elevator wet and no one saying anything about it. Stay away from this awful place.

I wouldn't recommend this for families, but if you and your partner are in need of some relaxing time this place offers a great escape from the busy world.

Good Hotel but Terrible Experience
Reviewed By TJtravelerXWe decided to take this hotel for the brand, it is new, it is well located and we believe in Mexican investors. We stayed 3 nights and our trip was destined to complete Tampico's Half Marathon 2022. For this 1/2 marathon we trainned 3 months. We just needed a good rest. However, on Saturday late night (we were schedule to start running Sunday 6am), some neighbors outside the hotel started a big party. I understand it is not the fault of the Hotel, but the room was not isolated enough to stop such noise. We called the lobby and request to call the police to request a decrease in the volume of noise. But nothing happened. After our race, we were focus to enjoy the Super Bowl. There is a big screen in the restaurant and there was nobody. We requested to turn on the TV to enjoy the game and consume food. However, they told us that it was prohibited. That we should go back to our rooms and watch the game in our rooms... can you belive it?... you have customer willing to pay and consume and watch a game and you say no? I hope the administration of the Hotel implements something to solve these two issues. You made a great investment to offer this type of results to your clients

Reviewed By AdamGabsi1I was fine into my fiancé asked for hairdryer,they gave us one damaged so we asked for replacement .they got us other one ,same model and after 5 min of use ,a fire sparks in bathroom ,it happened same things as the one they gave us in beginning . That was unsafe and having a one that was damaged before ,meaning that the manager or owner knows about the issue and they didn’t care about the safety of their customers . Tv channels are in bad quality ,staff were good ,manager is ignorant . So if you worry about your safety ,better fine other place ,a careless manager won’t step up or show his face when it’s needed .

Reviewed By luismelo65Me robaron un termo de la alberca que para mi tiene mucho significado, el personal si supo quien era el cliente ratero y yo les pedi que por favor me proporsionaran el telefono del ratero ya que ellos cuentan con su informacion, pero me dijeron que por politicas del hotel no podian darme su telefono, que ellos le llamarian y me estarian informando para poder recuperar el termo. Pero no se comunicaron para nada conmigo. a otro compañero tambien le robaron su hielera y sus gantes de moto. y nadie te resuelve nada.
