Perfect in every way
Reviewed By SteinthorI stayed for two nights early January and I’m so pleased that I chose this place. My room was huge with a large bathroom and shower area. Everything was meticulously clean and tidy, bed comfortable and the large flat screen tv had lots of different channels. Give House is in the old centre zone 1, the area is considered not very safe, especially late, but I never felt unsafe and walked everywhere. Giovanni, the host, is fabulous. So friendly and helpful, would do anything for his guests. And he runs a daytime cafe in the same building, I highly recommend the light meals. I will not stay anywhere else in Guatemala City.

Amazing Hospitality
Reviewed By Ray VI'm so glad I decided to check out Guatemala City for a few nights before exploring the city. Oscar and the gang are amazing and made me feel so welcome! They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. For the price, the rooms are amazing and of a high standard for Guatemala, the vibe is more of a hostel than a hotel, for me this is way better. If you arrive by taxi's there's a Taco Bell on the end of the street.. Hotel Luxury is at the other end, on the other side of the same street ( 5 mins walk ) The area is up and coming, there's a lot of amazing street art on the walls and just round the corner there are plenty of Guatemalan style cafe's, bars where you can get just about anything you'd ever need to eat. There's also university close by.. so the vibe during the day is mainly professional workers and students mixed with the craziness of the city just a short walk. I've stayed here a few times, the journey from the Airport is only a few dollars with Uber however if you message Oscar at the Hotel I'm sure he will pick you up if he can. I felt safe here and it was a great base to explore the city from... It's the only place i'd stay in the city now.

Dirty rooms, poorly trained staff, entire property infested with roaches.
Reviewed By RummyNixonThis hotel represents an excellent option for entomologists, as the place is crawling with bugs, many among them roaches big and small. The staff was not prepared for my arrival, despite my having made reservations a week prior and called in the day before to confirm. (When I called to confirm, the staff had no idea about my reservation either, and I was put into contact with management who assured me my reservation had been recorded.) After much to do, and a last minute effort on the part of the staff to raise the nightly rate, I was finally brought to my room, which was filthy. The rest of the stay continued to be a horror show, with bugs crawling all over the sheets and the bathroom. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay somewhere, anywhere else.

Comodo, sicuro e soprattutto pulito, questo elegante albergo dispone di security 24h/24h, un patio centrale con divani dove rilassarsi e un campo da ping pong. La sera è possibile ordinare attraverso il personale del cibo da asporto e consumarlo direttamente in camera. Le abitazioni sono confortevoli e dotate di bagno privato e wi-fi gratuito.
