Reviewed By WorldwidelostAfter check-in we went to our room above the reception. The looks of the room are good, stylish decorated. However the room itself is probably smaller than an average walk-in closet! No space to put your stuff away, therefore living from the suitcase all the time. The rainshower works perfect. The mattress is a bit dirty, (stains allover), probably as no protector has been used. Furthermore the mattress is way too soft and too small for above average height persons. Food in Esan restaurant is really good and tasty. Also the waiter, Gregory, who unfortunately quit, added to the positive vibe. Prices of restaurant food are fair. Prices of the (pool) bar are too high. Staff working during breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately this can’t be said about the receptionist lady working during daytime. Every request seemed to be too much asked and resulted sometimes in useless discussions. Maybe she can be sent to a hospitality course, that might help. Overall location is good, nearby the center and plenty of restaurants around. Unfortunately at this moment a lot of noise from adjacent building activities.

Wonderful and very friendly kind owner A super delicios breakfast on pool ?? lovely pool and whirl pool too. Just a walk away from the fantastic beach ??️? It's my 2 time in LOVELY MON REPOS HOTEL and really very familiar warm welcome.

Love love love this hotel
Reviewed By Shannon BI came here with 5 of my friends for a hen party and it was so lovely! The bedrooms were very clean and the air conditioning was great, the staff was so kind and helpful and were quick to respond to any requests we had like book taxis, reservations for restaurants or any extra things we needed for the room. The cocktails and food were delicious and all made fresh and reasonably priced. The pool area was very clean too. The internet worked well in the rooms but not so much by the pool but that was fine. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, such a hidden gem.

We arrived at the hotel to be told to go for lunch, I asked when the room would be ready and the lady on the desk replied we will come and find you so please go and eat something. Lunch was nice and surroundings looked lovely. We went back to reception about 14:00 asking when the room would be ready to be told that they were over booked and had no rooms for us as they were building an extension that was supposed to be ready 3 months ago. They moved us to one of their sister hotels in the middle of the city ages away from a beach with building work at the pool and dust and drilling galore. The bathroom was dirty with hair in sink and stains all over walls. When I called Evita bay to say that this wasn’t an acceptable comparison they said there was nothing they could do. It’s been very stressful and the customer service of the hotel was diabolical. We booked this holiday two months ago so why were we not told that they hadn’t got a bedroom for us?

Reviewed By alphiezWe were sent to this hotel because our original hotel was overbooked but so glad we were sent here. We got access to the facilities of the original hotel and White dreams next door aswell. The atmosphere was a lot better than the other hotel, the pool area was quiet and relaxing. White dreams access was a plus and pool area there was also good (prefered kriamos pool area). The hotel started doing their own food within the last few days, the variety wasn't the best, we much prefered the food at white dreams but this didnt affect us much because it was the last few days. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we had no issues.

Reviewed By LotusveHele fijne plek, strandjes op loop afstand. Mooie nette schone kamers. Je kunt een auto huren of met de taxi na het centrum als je nog uitstapjes wil maken. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Echt een top accommodatie voor een vakantie op Rhodos.
