Reviewed By burpingbutterfly1Had a wonderful stay at Element, Al Jaddaf. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Special shout out to Monica and Shohaib. The Area is pretty nice too with proximity to the metro and couple of restaurants.

It is a boutique hotel which is nice so you are not just a room number, lol. The room that I was upgraded to was a very large and comfortable room. I have breakfast included in my stay and was a little disappointed with the overall selection of the food available. I heard other guests saying the same thing. It is in a good location and easy to find hotel. Thank you

Negative points I didn’t get my points plus there’s offer plus points \ and I didn’t get it no problem I called hotel to check then they told me their system it was error no problem they said they will make sure I’ll get my points then till now I get nothing as a loyal member it’s not good at all even they didn’t make effort to call me back to check if I got my points or not !! Perfect location

Situated on Dubai Marina, which has miles of beautiful pedestrian and cycle paths around the marina, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also about a 10 minute walk from JBR Walk and Jumeirah Beach, and the metro and train station are only about a block or two across the bridge next to the apartment block (the Metro route takes you to both Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall) I’d honestly give the location 5+ stars. We, a family of 3, stayed in a 2 bed apartment, and it was ideal. Two large bedrooms, master with an en suite, a family bathroom and a wc, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room and small veranda. I wouldn’t say it was spotless, there were a few scratched surfaces and dust etc, but it was clean enough that I was happy to be there. The beds. Oh my god. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept on outside my own bedroom. We all had incredible nights sleep, which was perfect for such a busy city break! Each room had black out curtains, and the apartment’s aircon was fantastic. There is a mosque across the road from the apartment block, and we did hear the prayer calls from within the apartment when windows/balcony door was closed, however I didn’t find this to impact on my experience at all (we’re not religious, and found it easy enough to get back to sleep after the sunrise prayer call - infact, the sunrise call only woke me on the first two mornings and I slept through the rest!). The pool area is situated on the second floor and was relatively small, but on the occasions we went it was very quite and there was always plenty of seating/sun loungers and towels etc. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip in the warm Dubai heat! The pool area doesn’t get the sun during the peak heat of the day, so it’s ideal for a place to go to cool down. We took the bed and breakfast package, and breakfast was provided at the bakers situated on the ground floor of the apartment block. Although we didn’t find much to our liking on the breakfast menu provided in the package, their full menu was extensive, healthy and very reasonably priced. The food was also fantastic - amazing French toast, pancakes, smoothies etc for breakfast, plus a full range of lunches and dinners, again, all reasonably priced. All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We had a few issues with our keycards stopping working, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently each time. I would definitely stay in these apartments again.
