Reviewed By sergio14rYes this is a cheap hotel, but regardless there are things that you would not expect. No toilet paper. When we called the front desk they said that they could gladly provide it if we went to the front desk to get it. Same with the extra towels. Room smelled like cigar. Just a plain sheet on beds, no blankets. Have to get those from front desk too. Used shampoo on bathroom. Cleaning only every 7 days according to front desk. Lots of noise from other rooms. Elevator floors always wet during the day due to people coming out of the pool and getting in the elevator wet and no one saying anything about it. Stay away from this awful place.

Hotel Ejecutivo de la mejor cálidad en el mercado de Chihuahua. Nuevo completamente, con mobiliario contemporáneo, nada de alfombras y a excelente precio. Ubicado en el corredor más imporante de la ciudad de Chihuahua. Periférico de la Juventud a 300mts de el centro comercial más importante de la ciudad Fashion Mall. Reviewed By Mike SStayed for a couple of nights here and it was pretty decent, particularly for the cost. As a large hotel it doesn't have a very personal touch but staff are friendly enough so not much to complain about. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and I had a nice city view. That said, the pillows are cheap and not particularly comfortable. The shower was great - hot and good pressure. Perfect! There isn't a safe, which I'm finding to be the case in many Mexican hotels actually. Breakfast was pretty decent - with a very friendly person serving, which is nice in the morning! Also, the wifi regularly cut off throughout my stay. I had data so it wasn't too much of a problem for me, but otherwise it would have been a major issue! The hotel is very central - right by Plaza del Angel and only a 5 minute walk from the ATN bus station. Overall, it was fine.

Reviewed By AdamGabsi1I was fine into my fiancé asked for hairdryer,they gave us one damaged so we asked for replacement .they got us other one ,same model and after 5 min of use ,a fire sparks in bathroom ,it happened same things as the one they gave us in beginning . That was unsafe and having a one that was damaged before ,meaning that the manager or owner knows about the issue and they didn’t care about the safety of their customers . Tv channels are in bad quality ,staff were good ,manager is ignorant . So if you worry about your safety ,better fine other place ,a careless manager won’t step up or show his face when it’s needed .

Dirty, old and terrible service.
Reviewed By Carlos MStayed 2 nights, carpets are dirty and smell like they haven't been washed in many years. The keys never work and you have to keep going back to the front desk to have them reactivated. The rooms have a strong smell of sewage, and the bed linens were old and dirty. We wanted to get a taxi and the front desk staff was nowhere to be found, turns out she was outside smoking. When she finally called us a taxi, we waited for over 30 minutes and it never showed up. The breakfast was very limited and not very good; even the coffee was bad. You have to borrow the tv remote and the iron since they don't have them at the rooms. We had initially reserved a single room and ended up getting a double with two tiny beds. Not a very good value for the price, I would not stay here again.

Hermoso pueblito enclavado en la sierra
Reviewed By Fernando GMuy bonito y cómodo hotel enclavado en el pueblo de Cerocahui. Súper recomendable este hotel, es pintoresco, típica posada muy linda mente acondicionada y con su propio viñedo. No debe faltar la visita al Cerro del Gallego, pedir te lleve Don Juan a la caminata a la cascada. Imperdible!!

Reviewed By Manuel RGood hotel for the traveler for the economy. It has cable TV and a very large parking lot. Located just steps from the CAS (Centro de Atencion al Solicitante) and 20 minutes drive from the American Consulate. The taxi fare is about $ 9.80 dollars, round trip. Why stay here? We went to the American Consulate, and we realized that it was cheaper to stay at this hotel and pay the taxi two days, to pay the hotels near the American consulate. Best price for this hotel found in triple w dot ZonadeHoteles dot com

Los mejores 35 kilómetros de desvío que he hecho en mi vida porque los sabores y las texturas de los productos que elaboran son de 10. Nos aconsejó Elena y lo hizo muy bien. Local limpio y luminoso, tiene restaurante interior y también un patio con algunas mesas. No dejéis de probar los lomos de sardinas y la sopa de tomate. La presa me dejó completamente alucinada. Nunca había probado una igual y he comido muchas. Las carrilleras deliciosas y los postres, caseros, de lujo. Nunca tomo postre. No soy de dulce ni de postres pero, visto lo visto con los sabores principales, me tiré de cabeza y de nuevo, espectacular. Hemos reservado para nuestro regreso. 35 kilómetros más en el viaje?, pues bienvenidos porque quiero probar las mollejas de cordero y otras cosillas más que se me han quedado en espera en el paladar. Por cierto, los chicharrones de flipar y cantar de gustó.
