Reviewed By onsey0Staff was friendly, nice rooms, central location. But very unnerved by the management — I have several charges on my credit card from the hotel that exceeds my original bill. When we asked to speak with management to resolve the issue, they have not fixed the problem. Also very loud on Thursday nights — they host a party till midnight. Can’t sleep even with earplugs.

We are already planning our next trip. Raphael was our shuttle driver, what an awesome person. Great personality and ready to help for whatever. I can't get enough of this place.

Reviewed By numberonecriticLlegue a este hotel una noche, de viaje de negocios. Llegue a este por la ubicación, cercanía al trabajo. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero al parecer suficiente. El Cuarto está bien, lo único es que las paredes y techo en algunas partes estan descuidadas y les falta pintura. La colcha tenía manchas , les hace falta reemplazarlas. Las sábanas de la cama de muy baja calidad, hasta se podía ver el dibujo del colchón de tan delgadas que estaban. Una de las almohadas tenía una mancha. Les falta mejorar bastante en mantenimiento y limpieza. Deberían de aprovechar la cercanía al aeropuerto y hacerlo con calidad para los turistas.

Reviewed By cbratvoldEvery November we spend 3 weeks in a bungalow at the Lagoon. The place is always immaculate, the staff are wonderful and remember you each year. That also means that the staff must be satisfied and stay year after year. We love the golf, restaurants and especially the lagoon! We couldn’t be happier with our choice for a great vacation spot!

Reviewed By GrandmaslowWe purchased in this place right after we were married several years back .At that time we were told we would have the same place each year. Then we find out you have to book a year in advance to get that. Then found out you just get whatever whenever so we pay more to get the week we wanted but then find out it's where ever!!! So, like fools, we pay more to get this certain suite on a certain week each year. Ok, great, that would be fantastic to know we could do that so we paid more and would you believe we have been there 3 years now to never get that suite we paid for but we have been put in the same room (not a suite) we had before and after paying thousands more for! Again, with nothing working in it-hot tub NEVER works and most appliances never work. This last time we went-this year-same thing happens and, would you believe we called all the way up to the day before to make sure we got our suite and they tell us yes and that they need payment then. we get there and guess what, we get stuck in a plain room again with hot tub not working along with other appliances! It does no good what so ever to complain because those people taking calls for the BIG GUYS are all useless! We are told those BIG GUYS just say too bad! So, I am going to try and do the only thing I feel I should do and that is to warn people about this place and that you should save your money!!! I can't even begin to express how much it upsets me to know that these people will allow us to spend our hard earned money just to lie to us and never give us what we paid for!!!!!!

Reviewed By DangerousCircusThis is our second visit to the Bungalows. Just as great as the first, except that this time it was so GREEN and lush! Lots of bird and butterflies. Exceptional snorkeling and diving with Cabo Pulmo Diving. We brought our groceries in Cabo and cooked most of our meals in house. The water was clear and warm. Lynn went above and beyond, especially when we forgot one of our bags on the way to the airport and she rushed it to us where we met in La Ribera! There were 5 of us in the Main House. We used the upstairs apartment as our main hangout. Beautiful views and plenty of space for all of us. Looking forward to our next trip.

Reviewed By US-Swiss_travelerWe spent just one night in Quinta Bonita, arriving late and leaving early, as Loreto was just a stop on our journey. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The price was quite reasonable for Loreto, which tends to be a little expensive in general. Vicky was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us recommendations for restaurants. We drove to the tourist area, though one could walk in less than thirty minutes. Overall a very nice experience.

Reviewed By 927vanessatWhat an amazing time we had at Pro-Windsurf La Ventana! Everything about our stay was absolutely magical. Wyatt, Zaira, Philippe, Julian & Kale were extremely accommodating and hospitable and took us in as family. The Casitas are clean and comfortable and offer everything you need to make yourself at home. The beds are extremely comfortable, the decor is modern yet still “beachy”. We stayed in the 2 two bedrooms, which were connected by a sweet little courtyard where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning while watching the local birds play and listening to the waves in the near distance. It was so comfortable and cozy we made it our home for five days and it was very difficult to leave. They have a common palapa that they call the “party palace” where everybody can gather for a drink or a meal or just to say hey! You’re literally a very short walk to the beautiful beach where they run their windsurf lessons and there are a few delicious restaurant and bar options as you stroll along the white sandy beach. They offer ATVs, electric bikes, paddle boards and more to use and have access to many local activities and excursions. Even during the difficult times of 2020, they practice safe covid-protocols and with the open air throughout the compound, it is extremely safe. If you are able to get away and enjoy the experience like we did, don’t hesitate, it’s beyond worth the visit. We look forward to returning again soon!!
