This was our first visit to this lovely hotel on Friday 14th August 2020. We received a warm greeting from Tim on arrival. He sensed that we were a little apprehensive so made check in a swift affair which we appreciated. Thanks Tim. He also checked that we were settling in ok before he left for the weekend which we thought was nice. We found the room (1) to be very clean, spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay. It had everything that you could possibly want and more, the lovely fan was a bonus. We also had nice thick plush bathrobes. We found the garden to be a lovely size with plenty of loungers and garden games to play at our own leisure. The jacuzzi was amazing, we got told by another overnight resident that Tim had helped build it with his own 2 hands!! Well done it really compliments the rest of the facilities available. We would like to say a huge thank you to Lisa, she was very friendly, helpful and made us both feel at ease. Her customer service skills were impeccable. We chatted to some of the other residents and day visitors and they all were friendly. So if you have never visited this hotel then don't hesitate making a booking. We will most definitely be back sometime in the future. Thanks R & T See you again soon.

Great to be back at the Beauty Lounge Tettenhall again. Had my Gel nails done by Emma who did a fantastic job as always. Felt totally safe and comfortable. Emma has obviously taken a lot of care to make sure the salon is as safe as possible. I have already recommended her to several of my friends who have all been really pleased with their treatments.

West Warwicks was an amazing location for our surprise party. The food was excellent - really great value and the Sunday lunch was just delicious - and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout. Everyone from young children to older adults were well accommodated, as were specific dietary needs. Angela was fantastic in helping to organise the party, and Jack along with all of the staff ensured the party ran smoothly and were always on hand to help. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, and if you’re looking for somewhere to hold an event, or even just somewhere to have some tasty, great value food, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you West Warwicks! We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I had a reoccurring pain in my left shoulder as I’m a plasterer so I contacted Anita and just after the first sports massage I was free from that pain. On the following session Anita recommended a food / nutrition management plan to help me lose unwanted inches (as I tended to eat food from Greg’s that caused me to be unhealthy and overweight) After 4 sessions with Anitas advice I have lost inches and I’m at least a size smaller. My trousers are looser as I’m having to pull it up all the time and people have noticed the difference. I feel great and I love eating healthy too. I’ve had lots of massages and holistic therapies in my travels esp China, Thailand, Indonesia and Anita is the only one that is highly knowledgeable and experienced with excellent intuition providing exactly what your body and mind needs. I look forward to returning for my next treatment and I strongly recommend Anita. Gerard James

Izabela is a specialised beautician and offers an amazing service. As a newby to male waxing I was very apprehensive but Isabela was very informative and highly professional as she explained each stage of the process and delivered a quality service. Naturally there is a level of pain encountered with this treatment but again Izabella tries to minimise that as mush as possible. I can thoroughly recommend her services and the salon is immaculate and clean with the highest of standards being delivered. I will be rebooking again very soon. This gym is everything f I could ask for, it has great staff & amazing facilities. Both the gym & spa/salon Areas are to a very high standard, very clean and professional place with a fantastic atmosphere. Would highly recommend if your in the Sandwell/Birmingham area, very affordable & niche for 1-2-1 personal training.

Amazing day and such a relaxing experience that I slept all the way home. Food is gorgeous. We arrived to a breakfast of hot croissants, fresh fruit (fresh chunks of pineapple and melon most definitely not tinned) with all the cereals and granola plus endless tea and coffee. Spa facilities were lovely and clean. Robes and towels thick and fluffy. I liked that you got 2 towels and could replace further if needed but I didn’t need to. We had the Elemis paper party which came free with our package. Lovely lady comes with all the kit where you can try all the expensive products. Really enjoyed that with the hot face mitt I felt like I’d had my own facial. Lunch was lovely again. Delicious choices of cold meats salad and hot roast potatoes. Afternoon warm mince pies and goey chocolate brownie. No bland rabbit food here you get fed well with quality food. We were about to buy a glass of fizz with our lunch then realised a winter fizz came free with our package! Didn’t even have to ask as 2 glasses of fizz arrived at our reserved table. We didn’t have time for treatments but would love to come back snd try some. It’s so nice to be able to spend a day on yourself doing something relaxing in this busy world of work and fast paced life. The people we got friendly with said this place beats the big names like Hoarcross so if I did another spa day I would definitely come back here. In fact we loved it so much and the staff and atmosphere of the main hotel with beautiful bar and restaurant we booked afternoon tea for 2 for the new year. A bit more expensive than a lot of other places but we know it will be worth it.
