It lies on the north side of the Thames Estuary, 40 miles (64 km) east of central London. It is bordered to the north by Rochford and to the west by Castle Point. I've recently completed my Level 3 Pilates teaching qualification with Body Bliss. The training was excellent and the knowledge and experience of the instructors was outstanding. I would highly recommend their training school for anyone interested in becoming a Pilates instructor at a high level! I feel confident to go out and teach Pilates and I have learnt so much about myself, fitness and the absolute necessity of Pilates practice. Thank you Body Bliss.

We had my sisters baby shower here over the weekend and had a wonderful afternoon. The service was brilliant by all the staff but especially Amie who was so lovely, attentive, and provided excellent service for our whole party. Due to the current restrictions we had 2 tables split between 9 girls, we had afternoon tea, drinks, sides, and everything was delicious. For most of our party it was people’s first time out in 6 months or to a restaurant for food, Especially my mum who has been Isolation pretty much since March so she was quite anxious. She had such a lovely day, everyone felt safe, comfortable but still such a relaxed environment. We were provided with a table for cake, presents and allowed to decorate the area a few minutes before my sister arrived to her surprise shower. Thank for proving a wonderful experience and one of our first since lockdown. Thank you to all staff but especially Amie for looking after us all so well.

Beautiful chiled experience! I had the full body massage which lasted over an hour and it was fantastic! The massuse talks through all the oils and the pressure before she starts and discussing any areas of concern. It was simply lovely and I would hesitate to go back. In fact I'm thinking of having a facial next time! Thank you

Lovely place and friendly staff. Enjoyed my back, shoulder and neck massage. The lady knew where all my sore spots were without me telling her, spent more time in area where I needed it and I feel so much better than I went in. The place was up to Covid-19 guidance, staff were all wearing face mask, they had disposable protective sheet and hair net. Customer will have to wear face mask at all time when inside the shop, had to take off my shoe at entrance and used their hand gel when first entered.
