It was my first time having a session in this establishment and it was a wonderful experience form the begging to the end in a very well decorated and warm place. I was having a Deep tissue massage of 90 minutes and it was an excellent election. Before starting the session they take note of your basic health background and preferences. They offer you a coup of tea before and after the session. No rush. Highly advise to arrive between 10 to 15 minutes in advance. The therapist introduces herself before the session and you are able to ask questions and she is happy to listen and explain different options to you. My therapist was Ann and she was lovely. She has an amazing powerful hands, elbows, forearms and knees, full of energy and warmness. She adapts the intensity of its pressure to the different parts of your body pending on your muscle needs from the beginning to the end. She was definitely able to bring a touch of Thailand to my body and soul.

I had the 3 hour deluxe package with Wan, she was excellent and the trip lived up to all of the previous fantastic reviews. 2 days later and I am still feeling the benefit of such strong, deep tissue massage :) Excellent value for money (£120) for such a long, head to toe, treatment.

Finally got round to writing this review! My friend and I visited the beauty spa for a much needed and well earned pamper session. We were met by a lovely young lady called Erin. She was very professional and she had great empathy when discussing my breast cancer treatment. We had a lovely day and will definitely be returning.

Another brilliant experience at tootsies. Brilliant for all waxing and they did my mani/pedi today and it's perfect! The girls are always lovely. I normally have Marie and she's fab! So lovely to talk too. I went once a few years ago as I was new to Shrewsbury and hadn't been happy with 2 other salons I'd tried and I haven't looks back. I got to say, in 2 years, with an appointment pretty much once a month they've never let me down.

I booked a treatment and cream tea for 2 for my birthday, we had travelled from Plymouth for a few days and I wanted to do a spa for my birthday so picked this one. The whole afternoon was amazing and every section of the facility was well orchestrated and everyone was so helpful as we had no idea where we were and what we were doing. The swimming pool is large with a big jacuzzi, facilities were clean and not over crowded. I had a deep tissue massage for 30 minutes and it was so good, the masseur used the pressure I'd asked for and avoided problem areas, I felt very special and happy! We then went for a cream tea, restaurant staff were also very friendly. We had a lovely warm scone and choice of drink. My only, not complaint, but consideration, was that no one does clotted cream like the Cornish, and I think for a perfect experience it would be good to invest in some. I think we had like a whipped cream? Still delicious, still virtually perfect!
