davannayoga offers different daily instructors all of whom excellently provide their own personal and unique yoga session. As someone who is into the physical part of yoga, I have learned to understand the spiritual and breathing exercises. The best part is the 15 min savasana. You have to try it!

I felt that my massage therapist was able to read my muscles like a book with her fingertips and adapted the pressure and technique perfectly. The therapist was quiet and unassuming, yet powerful. Overall a very professional and therapeutic - I would rate it in the 'Top 3' I've ever received.

I loved the manicure I got on a Friday so much that I made an appointment for a Facial the next day. It was INCREDIBLE!! hydrating and relaxing!! The customer service was amazing and the price super reasonable. Truly this was the highlight of a very relaxing vacation!

Whether it is for one drop in class or a monthly pass, Yoga Vallarta is THE STUDIO to practice yoga. Alma carefully picks her instructors. Each class I attended was a gift! The instructors were all prepared, knowledgeable, qualified, caring and fun! As a yoga instructor it was delight to participate in classes that were son enriching. I purchased a monthly pass, an awesome value. The classes each have a name and each one is exactly that. So whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi, you will definitely find a class at Yoga Vallarta that will suit your needs. Alma is a wonderful studio owner, she genuinely cares about her participants, whether you are there for a month or for 6, she knows everyone by name. Kudos Alma, long live Yoga Vallarta!

A deep tissue massage by Celina was one of the best experiences I had while visiting Puerto Vallarta. I’d been here before while on a Mexican cruise and had a massage but didn’t remember it as anything extraordinary. They’ve upped their game and highly recommend.

Our family of 3 enjoyed a lovely afternoon at Artepil (we went to the Marina Vallarta location in Plaza Neptuno). The spa is spotlessly clean, with great aromatherapy and ambiance. After check in, we were given robes and spa slippers and a locker to store our things. Edna and Nancy gave us amazing deep tissue massages, which we rated as among the very best we've received. It's hard to find really excellent deep tissue skills and these ladies definitely delivered. Additionally, we also enjoyed the deep cleansing facial and manicure, both of which were also done with great quality and care. While there are cheaper services available in Puerto Vallarta, we felt that the combination of high-quality services and a contemporary, immaculately clean and pleasant environment warranted paying a smidge more....compared to U.S. prices, these services are still an incredible bargain (Artepil had a special promotion advertised on their website, so my 90 minute deep tissue massage and deep cleansing facial, together, came to about $55 USD, after converting to current exchange rates...a huge price advantage compared to what I would pay at a comparable spa in the U.S). There are so many day spas to choose from. I did a lot of online research to try to understand the differences among the many. I am so glad I selected Artepil and plan on going back there the next time we are in Puerto Vallarta. A tip to find the spa: we took a taxi and asked to be dropped off at Plaza Neptuno, which is a roofed outdoor mall near Marina Vallarta. It can be easy to miss the spa from the street but it was not hard to find once we walked into Plaza Neptuno. It's also very easy to hail a taxi from this outdoor mall and we had no trouble getting back to where we were staying at the Garza Blanca resort. Thanks again to the Artepil team; we really loved our experiences with you!!

I had the privilege of Claudia to give me a massage. I am an 80 year old, active woman. I have had many massages during my lifetime. I also carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. She was able to relieve much of this. She is really just the very best. When I return to Puerto Vallarta I will definitely have massages with her. Thank you Claudia. The massage was Aztec healing, and it did heal.

I have been battling Lyme Disease for years, however, here in Canada this disease does not exist nor do they offer any treatments other than antibiotics, thus I have been suffering for years and going from doctors to doctors at no avail, in fact, getting worse and worse. When I contacted Holistic Bio Spa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, they were very informative and they have asked me to send all my labs and diagnosis. I did and in return, they sent me back a protocol that they suggested that based on their extensive experience would help me. I have liked their approach which was totally different from any of the doctors I went to see and I knew they have the experience and the know-how to help me thus I have decided to go to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 3 weeks. We have done several sessions of Plasmapheresis followed by IVig and we did several sessions of 10 Pass Hyperbaric Ozone Therapy. In between, we have done 100 g and 200 g vitamin C IV’s every day as well three times a week with I have done colon hydrotherapy and three times a week therapeutic massage – Magan is a very nice therapist. They gave me twice a day ketogenic meal with organic, farm-fresh eggs as well as homemade Keefer and Sauerkraut. I was taking CBD every day as well as B-17 IV and a lot of detox and Chelation. They sent my hair in for hair analysis to Doctors Data which came back that I was very high on mercury and lead. I have done once a week the DMPS shots, IM to reduce this heavy metal load. On the last day we have done 300 million pluripotent mesenchymal stem cells. While this was not cheap, I am glad I have done it as I felt much better in two days! Now one month later, my energy is back and I feel like a human being again. Thank you, again, so much holistic bio spa, for your sincere care, knowledge and for your undivided attention to me to have a cure myself of Lyme Disease!
