Amazing couple massage. Very relaxing and the Chocolate rub was very refreshing with the results of very smooth skin and we both walked out smelling like chocolate. I highly recommend this Spa!

Amelia really took nice care of my friends and I. We enjoyed the cool eco-friendly vibe. Super sustainable. The room was comfortable and luxurious, so don’t let the “eco” deter you from an expectation of comfortable beds, great sheets, air conditioning and a nice shower. The breakfast is cooked daily by a friendly woman, Dalia. Really nice.

I came alone on a yoga package with Montezuma after corresponding with Dagmar and the experience exceeded my expectations and I now highly recommend it to anyone. It was by far one of my best yoga experiences as besides meeting all the needs from experienced yoga teachers as far as Assanas, Dagmar and Eva are true yogis by spirit and their classes and wisdom are on what made their daily classes so memorable. I will be certain to come back and the cherry on top is that you get to do yoga in beautiful surroundings in open sir in one of the blue zones of the World (where many centennials live) overlooking the beautiful Ocean. I miss it already and can’t wait to come back soon!

If you are in need of a relaxing massage, deep body work or healing from a previous injury Julieta is the person to see. I've had hundreds of massages and worked with some talented healers over the years but Jule has a gift beyond that which words can describe. I went to see her after a surfing injury that almost sent me home. After two sessions I was able to get back in the water with 90% reduction in pain. I will be returning to Costa Rica soon and my first stop will be Julieta's massage table.

Vajra Sol Yoga retreats and Sandra are fabulous! A combination of yoga, meditation, sound healing, and hiking, this Montana retreat at Dancing Spirit Ranch was a true sanctuary for the soul! The Ranch provided creative and wholesome cuisine that accommodated a variety of dietary preferences. Every meal was nutritious, plentiful, and delicious!! Lodging was luxurious! The location offered many opportunities to experience Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. Rafting, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding are easily accessible. All precautions to keep guests safe from COVID-19 were in place. The serenity of yoga/meditation practices at beautiful Dancing Spirit were restorative for the mind and body - a welcome respite from the 2020 pandemic. Recently I was in Monteverde and needed to work out some sore muscles from all the hiking and exploring I had done. Dra. Karmen Phillips has her massage therapy facility in an excellent location on the main highway. She provided and thorough and welcomed massage. After many years of experience as physical therapist, she knew what was needed to help improve my movement. She was very friendly and hospitaable as well offering me tea at end of session! Great Costa Rican hospitality.

Karen is a wonderful teacher! She led us through a wealth of technical detail with such grace and precision. Her passion and expertise in Reiki made everything authentic and joyful. And the setting at Finca Camino Nuevo, surrounded by cloud forests and mountain ridges, was both awe inspiring and incredibly peaceful. Highly recommended!
