Great training for all levels of MMA or just getting fit. Coach's are all professional EX and current Fighters that train along side you. place was a bit wrecked after the storm at Christmas but it didn't stop training. Place was being repaired while I was there.

One of the best massages I’ve had! It’s an entire experience in itself — from the “welcome” drinks to you choosing the oil, the masseuse taking you to your room, (which is huge), the foot massage and (of course) the actual massage, and the ginger tea right after. It left me wanting more! We ended up recommending it to everyone on the trip.

I was looking for a place where I can send my mom for Mother’s Day and found Reign Spa as No. 1 on Trip Advisor for best Spa in Pampanga. Reign Spa exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond in helping me arrange a surprise for my mom! I live in the States and despite time difference, I was very impressed with how prompt they responded to my messages through FB. They answered all my questions and sent me pictures of the room set up and bouquet that they had arranged for my mom. I purchased the Swedish Massage (my mom is aware of this) and added a mani-pedi, a room set up with bouquet as a surprise for my mom. My mom could not stop raving about her experience! She was so happy and surprised with all the arrangements made! I am very satisfied and highly recommend Reign Spa to everyone looking for a place to get pampered! They have gained my trust and I will definitely send my mom back again for future treatments and I’m hoping to get treatments as well when I visit PI! First of all it’s not easy to find Brazilian waxing when you travel, and it’s especially hard to find a good one! ☝???? Nature wellness massage and spa provides bikini waxing, Brazilian waxing, full or half legs and more. I got really lazy on my vacation so I need Brazilian, full leg and armpit. I also threaded my face which is a super nice way to remove unwanted hair from around your eyebrows, upper lip and face. Very gentle on your skin, and you get no rashes like when you use wax on your face! ???? They are very thorough and they have good gentle wax! I have been waxing for over ten years, I also know that I have a bit difficult hair to remove and they did splendidly great! I am very satisfied! Big thanks to nature wellness, if I come through here again I will definitely come back! ????????????????♀️????

El Nido Yoga, situated on top of The Birdhouse El Nido's property, is the only yoga studio in town that offers daily classes. At 5pm every day there is a sunset session. Yoga students can stretch while taking in the west facing views of sunset. Mats and towels are provided. FIND US: Tell the tricycle driver Las Cabanas. Get off the tricycle, walk along the beach for about 7 minutes until the end of Orange Pearl Hotel. Then turn left and get off the beach. Follow very subtle signs on the trees, cross two bamboo bridges, keep right at the big mango tree, then keep right at the fork and go straight up to the gate.

WOW ! What an amazing experience we had for 3 nights at The Birdhouse! The concept is so unique! The view we had from our nest was surreal and so beautiful! The food is so delicious, we tried almost everything on the menu. Service was unbelievable... We had to leave early in the morning for activities and they always made sure we had a lunch (even is the restaurant wasn't open yet). We did 2 nights of sunset Yoga which was so nice to do ! Special thanks to Caroline, the yoga teacher! It was a magical lifetime experience that everybody should try ! We'll come back for sure one day!

My wife and I each had the Relaxer, a 2 hour body scrub and full body massage, and we really enjoyed the ambiance and luxurious setting. Jenny and Sally were our massage therapists and they did a wonderful job with exemplary service and a skilled massage experience. We basked in the serene private suite and took in the ocean views, and achieved total relaxation. Definitely doing this again next time we’re in Manila. Thank you Jenny and Sally!

The reception creates already a nice atmosphere. The massage rooms are comfortable and the massage was excellent. I think this spa belongs to the top. Situated in the centre of the small village of Dauin it tops every other spa in price, quality and location in the whole region
