If your looking for a luxurious treat, Lush Leeds Spa is a Must. I tried the 'Tailor Made' a deep tissue massage. Wow what a treat, a beautiful setting with reclaimed wood panels along the walls and old style country rooms, with calming lighting and musical scores for each treatment. Beautifully scented as you would expect. The Therapists are very knowledgeable and professional and immediately put you at ease, so if you have never had a Spa massage, don't worry, you will be guided through it all with a lovley,friendly and helpful therapist. Any way, back to my treatment, wow, wow, wow,after being shown a selection of massage bars that would be good for my treatment, my therapist found and treated multiple knots in my shoulders and back. I have been having issues with lower back pain and this treatment has loosened tightness and relieved my pain, it was so relaxing, I could have easily fallen asleep but I didn't want to miss one minute of it!!! Can't wait to book my next one.

I visited the Green Spa for a 2 week Panchakarma last month (October 2020) having had chronic health problems for some time. I was overwhelmed by the personal care and attention given to me by Dr Jolly and Dr Shine. Their kindness and generosity was overwhelming. The treatments carried out where tailored to my specific issues and adjusted during the programme for maximum benefit. Their knowledge and experience really showed and gave me comfort that I had come to the right place. Yoga with Dr Shine was a wonderful learning experience. Overall, I feel I have benefitted hugely not just from the retreat, but also by putting into practice the Yoga and Ayurvedic knowledge gained whilst there. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Ayurvedic experience in the UK.

I am a regular customer over the last few years and have found all Rosa salons to provide excellent standards. Last week I had 90 min massage by Koi, she was very friendly, responsive and worked hard with the perfect combination of relaxing strokes and targeted problem areas. I look forward to my next visit.

Aromathai is incredible! I have visited Thailand on multiple occasions and AromaThai’s massages always transport me back. As a dancer, I suffer from a stiff back and severe hip pain. Noi (the owner) works wonders to alleviate the pain and loosen my joints! I always leave feeling refreshed and incredible. I 100% recommend visiting AromaThai! Great service.

One of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to. Staff are very experienced and lovely additional touches in some of the quieter classes. Evening classes can get quite cosy. The classes I have been to have had a bit more of a spiritual element than some other studios I have been to.
