Had an exceptional experience at this spa! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. I floated for 75 minutes in the float tank and came out with what I learned is called a "float smile." It was delightful. Following that I received the Sea Salt Scrub treatment which involved an invigorating exfoliation and full-body mud mask which left my skin feeling incredibly soft and supple. If you have the chance to come check this place put, don't hesitate! Best spa experience ever!

My boyfriend and I took a drive from Montreal to Balnea. A spa tucked away into an expansive lakeside forest escape. The grounds are beautifully kept and manicured. There are breathtaking lake views from the thermal baths. The facilities are very clean, and staff were very attentive. Someone took my boyfriend’s robe by mistake and a staff member replaced it with a smile and no questions asked! Staff were also great about maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at the spa. We took a short walk to the lake, roasted marshmallows by an open fire and relaxed in the wet and dry saunas. It was certainly worth the trip. Ps. Parking is limited close to the entrance so be prepared for a short walk.
