Took four private classes while visiting Lahinch earlier this month. The yoga teaching was really great, Helen helped me improve in my yoga postures and to better focus on my breathing and relaxation. I felt much stronger mentally and physically after the few days and will definitely come back for more classes with Helen.

We (a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children ages 14, 12 & 8) have just had the pleasure of a smashing week in Kilkee Thalassotherapy Centre B&B. We enjoyed two beautiful rooms, and a gorgeous breakfast every morning. Eileen, the owner, is a magnificent hostess and cannot do enough for you during your stay. There's so much to enjoy around Kilkee and Loop Head, and in the evenings we particularly enjoyed dining out in the Stella Maris Hotel and the Kilkee Golf Club. Kilkee by the sea is a tonic for the soul.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated like royalty! I received a gift voucher for my birthday from my special friends and decided now was the right time to use it. I was booked in for Tunning Into You where you can create your very own package. I chose; Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, ELEMIS hydro boost facial and Head & Scalp Massage. I was placed in the very capable hands of Eimear who made sure my experience was calm, relaxed and pure heaven. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, re- energised & totally stress free. Being a mother of five children and having very little time to myself, it was a very welcome & much needed few hours break. I am now planning for my next trip with my daughter. No doubt I will sleep heavenly on clouds tonight!!
