If you love nature, you must put Ig Falls on your bucket list. It was on mine and I was more than pleased. One of the seven natural wonders of the world and most people haven't heard of it. A little hard to get to but not bad from either Buenos Aires or Rio. You need 2 days to do it justice. One from the Brazilian side and one from the Argentinian side. The zodiac boat ride up the rapids and into the falls is a must. Yes you will get soaked, but that's the point. If you do the helicopter ride, opt for the short version. The longer version is not worth the money. Look into hiring a local guide that speaks good english and can get you front of the line entrance to the falls. The lines can be very long. Best to arrive at 8AM at the latest.

Nice ruins to be visited in this part of Argentina. I found it accessible, as I took a bus from Iguazu to Posadas, and I could go down when I reached the ruins. After having visited them I took another bus to go to Posadas. I visited the ruins during the daytime, and even if I didn't see the light show, it was an impressive thing to see. It is also nice to see the other Jesuit ruins in Paraguay, as there are a few differences.

We were in search of what defines the city of Corrientes and we found it along this pleasant walkway. That is, if you begin at the 100 meter Mural Wall on Calle San Juan, and walk along the Costanero spotting the various murals, down to the Puente General Manuel Belgrano, seeing its vast mural display below, and on to the mural wall at the Eva Peron Foundation. We saw many fishermen, lovers, families, etc along this route as we discovered many of the city's 60 murals.

This was a family trip we did with our small 4 year old children. The nature, the animals, the philosophy, the beauty, all made this a unique experience. We strongly recommend it as a family trip! ♥️
