Villa Mandarinas

Villa Mandarinas is British owned and operates on the self pick principal typical of the UK country market. From November to March we have the sweetest satsumas/mandarins to pick at usually less than half the price of the supermarkets and at a much better quality.

Finally visited villa mandarinas farm shop and all we can say is “what a gem of a place” fantastic views, fantastic hospitality from Yvonne and Rob beautiful surroundings great breakfast and next time Chris Cornwell will possibly be going for the big man breakfast. I was in my element with the stunning garden areas ( if you need a gardener give me a call ????) 360” views and you can even see the Santa Lucia church high in the mountains. we will definitely be returning and hopefully with the parents. And I’ve brought a bit of frank the cat back with me ????can’t believe I didn’t leave a review on here after our visit in September 2019 , but honestly give this place a visit it won’t disappoint.cannot wait to return in April.

Central Market of Valencia is definitely worth a visit, if only to walk through the beautiful stained-glass building and stroll through stalls of fresh vegatables, fruit, meat, the best seranno ham, fish, fruit, coffee, chocolat and other treats. If you're staying in Valencia for a while, skip the supermarkets and buy your fresh food at this market.

Portal de la Marina

An universe of fun and shopping. A building of 90,000 square meters, bringing together the leading names in fashion and accessories, services, specialized shops, home items and decor, restaurants, leisure, food and a giant Hypermarket. PORTAL DE LA MARINA is conceived as a shopping center that clearly reflects the Mediterranean character, custom-tailored to the needs of the area. The complex has been designed to try to capture the magical, mysterious effect of the streets in the cities of southeastern Spain. In short, PORTAL DE LA MARINA is a synonym for innovation, not only for its original appearance but also for the new elements it introduces in the technical and conceptual fields.

We were so thankful when this shopping centre was built a few years ago! it has pretty much everything you could want - great variety of shops and a hyper market, cinema, restaurants, lots of good free parking, some of it underground out of the sun.
