Family run nougat Fabrique Arnaud Soubeyran made a great decision to show the history of their fabrique and nougat making process for all of us. Interactive and interesting museum. You can understand the history and the making process before and now of these delicious nougat candies. A great place to spend couple of sweet hours.

Beautiful exhibition at this facility. Well curated and the building and surroundings were lovely. The boat ride from Geneva just added to the experience in a very positive manner.
