Not only do I highly recommend doing this trip but I especially reco Fes Desert Tours for the 3day/2nite luxury desert tour. My family of four adults felt it is worth every cent! Nabil, the owner was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions (and I had many!) about every part of the tour before we put down a deposit which I so appreciated. He provided great communication just before starting, during and after the tour. The tour itself is absolutely amazing!!! I had read that the scenery in and out of the camp would be interesting, but it far exceeds all expectations In terms of natural beauty. The company also does an excellent job of stopping at interesting places all along the way, so the drives really don’t feel that long. I was a bit worried when I saw it would be 8-10 hour drives, but it’s really manageable and some stops allow you to do a bit of walking or climbing, so you get to move, too! The Sahara team is great, Salim expertly directed our camels caravan, Mohammed was an entertaining character who served us dinner and lead the evening festivities around the campfire with his team of drummers. The bivouvac was so unique and special. But if you go in the winter, do not underestimate how cold it will be at night!!!! Our driver/guide, Tariq was fabulous and his driving skills were top notch. The mountain roads are pretty tight, winding and steep. We were grateful that we did not have to navigate them ourselves!! We also appreciated that Tariq could speak english so we could talk, learn more about the country and culture, as well as get a personal perspective on life in Morocco. He was so friendly and kind. We learned so much from him, it really added another wonderful dimension to the trip. We really can’t say enough about this company and how well run this tour is. If you’re thinking about doing a Sahara trip, do this one! You will have the experience of a lifetime! Thanks Nabil, Tariq, Salim and Mohammed!!!

My wife and I stayed in Marrakech for 4 nights, but wanted to visit Casablanca as well without an overnight stay. This tour was the perfect solution. Timely pickup at our hotel in Marrakech along with a comfortable ride to Casablanca. We got to see all the highlights we wanted. The Mosque Hassan II was clearly the highlight - an amazingly large and beautiful religious site. The rest of the city was also interesting with the help of a very knowledgeable guide. I definitely recommend for those staying in Marrakech who also want to experience Casablanca.

We got to Fez pretty late and had the tour next morning. Based on the reviews, we requested for Jaffar. The tour company got back to us quickly and we were able to confirm our pickup location and time. Jaffar arrived timely and we were on the road quick. Jaffar's english is pretty good and his car was comfy (SUV). He is a good driver and he was able to share knowledge about Morroco and Chefchaouen. His music playlist was lively! Throughout the trip, we had a stop for restroom on the way and on the way back. Now be aware that the trip is about 4hrs each way, and the road pretty curvy closer to the city. So if you get car sick, you may want to take some motion medication. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this tour. We did not have a tour guide once we arrived to the city. Instead, we were to walk anywhere we wanted after he provided some instructions :)

Nice time out of Fes for the day. Driver picked up on time and we departed the city after a few pickups. We were a small group. First stop at Voluvis was really nice, amazing site. The driver was not clear about what time to be back at the van so that was frustrating but it worked out fine. The next stop Moulay Idriss was nothing special. If you are not a Muslim you can’t visit the mosque which seems the only reason to go to this town. Finally last stop Meknes which was just ok, there’s not a lot to see really and we were there all afternoon. There is no tour included on this package it’s just the transport from Fes so if you want that at Voluvis then you have to pay extra I don’t think it was needed honestly. Overall if you have extra time in Fes this is a fine excursion but otherwise I wouldn’t make plans just for this.

With three extra days in Namibia, I decided to include a quick trip to Etosha. I struggled to find a company that was still operational, and met my needs. Then I chatted with Megan, representative with Across Africa. I quickly knew she was actually interested in helping. Her sincerity, honesty, humanity and dedication were recognized immediately, and I knew that I didn’t need to search further. She set up my trip with no hidden BS, made an effort to meet all my needs, and did all of it promptly, professionally, and graciously. My trip turned out perfectly down to the last detail. I credit Megan and my guide Steve for making my quick visit to Etosha unforgettable. Because of them I will use Across Africa in the future and suggest to others that they do the same!

Explore Morocco Travel company has given me the most amazing experiences on the tour. It is my first time in Morocco and I am now in love with Morocco. The driver (Hassan) was absolutely amazing and always went over and beyond to show me the best experience. I am so HaPpY because, I originally booked a 3 day tour in Fes and Chefachaoun and have now extended it for another 6 days or so... to explore the south and the desert to complete in Marrakech. I am am so excited and I highly recommend everyone to consider and book your Morocco tours here and specifically ask for Hassan as your driver.
