Super walking, biking and hiking trails. Also great to have a relaxing picnic. If you keep walking up the hill you get to the leadmines and the views are stunning!

Brennanstown Riding School is one of Ireland's longest running and best known equestrian centres. While we specialize in riding lessons we also offer scenic trekking with treks up the Little Sugar Loaf Mountain and also into the magnificent Kilruddery Estate. Trek lengths range from one hour for as little as 33 euro per person up to two hour treks and combo treks which include lunch at neighboring attractions.

We’ve just had a lovely morning ride out with Aoife at Brennanstown. She made the visit a real joy and took us up over the mountain showing us all there was to see. Our horses were well matched to our abilities and again Aoife made sure we really enjoyed ourselves. We’d definitely come here again. All the social distancing aspects were good and well managed too.

Bray Head Cliff Walk

From Dublin City we got the Dart train to Bray. Had a very enjoyable walk to Graystone, had a spot of lunch and then walked back to Bray. As keen walkers it was a relatively easy walk with stunning views. Being the beginning of February we were very lucky with the weather which made it more enjoyable. We then returned to Dublin City.

Great golf course in excellent condition. Old style parkland despite its proximity to the sea mixed hybried links and what a stunning location being able to look up along the coast covering all of Dublin city. Would love another trip around the course as some blind shots and a lot of doglegs. We just loved the sea views of the coastline from Dalkey to Bray Head. Course was in great shape. Condition and presentation of tee boxes, fairways, greens, approaches and surrounds to greens were excellent.

I've played Bray golf many times over the years, at the start it felt hilly but that was because I kept missing the fairways! Some fantastic views and memorable holes that will make you return. In the summer the fairways are fast and the greens are true, this also seems to be a members club with competitions Mon to Sunday, great food at the club house and might consider joining as full member soon. Looking forward to my next round.
