Awful experience, I been trying to reach out contact tour company to obtain refund, after we brought the tickets, we called the tour company they told us that Ricks Cafe was closed! Mind you it wasn’t closed, I want my refund thanks!!

Pierre was an excellent driver and provided transportation to my group and I during our visit to Montego Bay. He was punctual, personable, engaging, friendly and made us feel safe. Just when we thought we had the perfect itinerary Pierre would show us a spot that topped what we had planned for the day. He's very aware of the Jamaican landscape and had us to our destinations early and safely. Most of our tours/excursions were booked independent of him (we didn't know before hand that Pierre was a tour guide himself), but Pierre made sure to stay with our group up until our tour operators came to meet us. Should I return to Jamaica I would definitely book him again not only for transportation services but as a tour guide as well.

They were awesome. I didn’t make my original flight at 945am so I sent an email letting them know that I would need a later pickup time. They responded quickly and said no problem. Once we arrived in Jamaica we went to the counter where we met the rep he checked us puff and said our driver will be by shortly to get us. However we wanted our rum punch and he said yeah mon get your punch and the driver will meet you over there. We got our punch and the guy helped us with our bags in the car and off we went. I’ll definitely use them again.
