Really lovely, quirky, comfortable little independent cinema. Showing a diverse range of films. Excellent Covid measures in place. Incredibly friendly and helpful volunteers Great picture quality and sound A fab little cafe within the cinema serving alcohol and beverages to enjoy with the film. We did a private hire for 15 friends to watch “ It’s a wonderful life” such a special way to kick of the festives. Really reasonable hire price. NOTE: due to Covid social distancing this little cinema can only now seat 15 customers. I urge you to support it. The Old Town needs the Electric cinema and they in turn, need our support!

Britain's oldest purpose built cinema, grade II listed building. The most beautiful, arthouse, single screen cinema. Seats 274 with a luxury balcony seating area that has sofas and a royal box. Licensed to take alcohol into the screen, a range of excellent wines, artisan beers and selection of gourmet snacks and popcorn. Ideal for the perfect date! Also does weddings, live events, memorials, and available for hire. An iconic Brighton site, come for just a cup of tea or glass of wine in the bar and outside balcony.
Lovely, comfy cinema with just one screen but lots of atmosphere. Staff are always warm and friendly and there's a little bar upstairs for a pre- film drink.

Had a lovely, welcome coffee ☕️ on a super cold day, in this very quirky, boho cafe in the chapel area of Hastings yesterday. It's part of an independent cinema and restored furniture shop- really cute. Highly recommend after a beach ???? walk and vintage shop

The Curzon competed successfully with the multiplex out at the marina for nearly 30 years. Then the council gave permission for the multiplex to move into town centre and killed off this cinema.

Depot is a unique new arts venue, with a 3 screen cinema, restaurant/cafe and bar, set in a stunning contemporary space, centrally located adjacent to Lewes station.
First time at the Depot and was not disappointed. Lunch time food could have had a better choice, but overall first class. Lovely restaurant, very clean and nice staff. The cinema itself was great, lovely comfy seats and plenty of of leg room and even a glass of wine, a really lovely afternoon. Next door to the station is a bonus.

The service here is amazing. We have just been served by a member of staff called Josh and he was brilliant!! He was so helpful, polite and did everything with ease. The facilities are really good, with very clean screens and a wide choice of food and drink. I couldn't praise this cinema more! We are unlimited customers and we keep coming back to this cinema because of the great team, wonderful facilities and th wide range of films they show.
