My husband and I were in this small town yesterday. This was a must see for us, as several family members names are listed on this wall. It was a hot and humid day, but very much worth the stop to see it. Beautifully done by a local monument company, just a couple of blocks away.

I am so pleased to see that York is included in this monument to the brave souls who undertook this expedition. The omission of Sacagawea is a serious oversight. The location of the monument overlooking the Missouri River is poignant.
