Reviewed By RajeevN1976Stayed in hotel malisca from apr 29 to may 1 superb hotel with nice rooms neatly furnished and washrooms too was good . It has restaurant ground floor food too reasonable priced and breakfast has alacarte menu . Staff too was friendly and had got quick check in with welcome drink all I'm arrival . I would really look forward to stay here if visiting Siliguri all

Decent Rooms in Budget Price
Reviewed By DARJEELINGDREAMI stayed here from 5th October to 10th October 2020. The hotel is economical but there is jack of service. The food is not available but they allow you to get food through Swiggy or Zomato. The breakfast is pathetic and in particular the tea. Even they don’t take orders for tea separately which is disturbing . I cannot imagine that starting a day or a move from the bed without a tea. Rooms are big , more or less clean and the wash rooms are average . Hot water is an issue . They don’t change the towel and stuff every day and even don’t clean the floor everyday . I could not watch the tv as well.

Reviewed By ChitraS225Though we had booked a deluxe room, facilities provided were that of a standard room. We had to even demand things like an electric kettle, tea pouches n even cups, that one assumes are a normal part of the facilities provided by a deluxe establishment. Room size and other facilities were ok. Would describe the quality and taste of food as below average- had to wait till eternity for rotis to be served! Staff were cordial and cooperative but quality of food in all the CHAS group of hotels that our tour operators had booked for us left much to be desired.

Management are petty thieves and fraud- stay away
Reviewed By rroy11I booked this hotel via booking.com for a date 3 months later and paid advance. I had to cancel the reservation unfortunately as we had a medical emergency in family. this was cancelled more than 2 months before the arrival date. As per cancellation policy , it should have been free (zero-charges). Breeze hotel first of all refused to part with the money, then said their accountant is not available and is away, then it followed with another 100s of excuses inspite of my calling them daily. Finally when I went through booking.com they paid partially and still retained lot of money as their share even if it was free cancellation. now they don't even answer my calls The hotel management is cheaters and should be put in jail. Not sure how come booking.com is listing such a rogue property at their premier site Stay away.

Decent stay with great service
Reviewed By arunavab_13Stayed here for a night. Location is just 2 mins walk from Pani Tanki More (prime market area). First thing which struck me was the size of the room. We had booked the larger sized room but the bigger room was much smaller than expectation. It was clean with all required amenities. Another point is that the larger rooms all face to the back of the hotel. The smaller rooms face the road towards the front. The service is absolutely brilliant. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out (we checked out at 4:30am in the morning), the service was prompt and attentive. The food is what would steal the show. Right from evening snacks to dinner, the food was sufficient in quantity, decently priced and taste was too good. The hotel is definitely a stay one would like to go for.

Good hotel for short time stay with low budget accommodation
Reviewed By Mohammad Golam ... SThere are two hotels similar names at Hill Cart Road, Siliguri, West Bengal, India, Hotel Air View & Air View Palace. These two hotels are situated at the junction of Burdawan Road and Hill Cart Road, and this junction is much known as Air View Mor. I need to visit Siliguri 2-3 times a year for business purpose. Normally I stay in this hotel as it is easy accessible to the Bus Stand, Darjeeling Jeep Stand, Market Area and NJP Railway Station. It is a medium class budget hotel with Lift facilities but now these days it is little expensive compare to its facilities as Geyser is controlled by front reception, need to request them to switch on for hot water. They do not provide necessary toiletries like Toilet Tissue; just provide small bath soap for whole stay. Anyway, it is a good located hotel with budget price near Market Area. It has own restaurant, so food is not a problem here and they can bring your food to the room as per prior order. It is a good hotel for short time stay with low budget accommodation.

A very pleasant stay
Reviewed By stantp1916The hotel is located off the main road in a residential locality which makes it a quiet place to put up and at the same time not far from NJP station as well. A toto took 50 bucks from us to reach us to this hotel. Traveling isn’t a problem at all as you could find ample toto/rickshaw that could take you to the main roads. Room is small but new and neat and clean. Furniture was quite new particularly the large cupboard. Bed was however a little small than expected. Smaller than a queen bed as well. Anyway we were staying over for only a night so didn’t bother us too much really. I enjoyed their food though. It was just like homemade cuisine. Overall a 5 star experience for me.
