Excellent Hotel
Reviewed By CAFECORRIDORStayed at this property for 3 days and had a great time here. Located right in the center of the city with MG Road hardly a kilometer away. Very courteous and receptive staff including the folks at the reception. The hotel also provides taxi services for sight seeing which I availed of and would recommend others try as well. Will definitely book this property again when I'm back in Chikmagalur.

Average hotel and not value for money
Reviewed By Ambus124I stayed for 1 night on 23rd Dec and find the hotel just average. Not value for money and the room size is also very small. Also they don't have restuarant inside the hotel and provided me with vouchers to do the breakfast in the nearby restaurant. Also the blanket was having stains and they didn't even change it.

Reviewed By RamR956Our stay at Tantitundu was excellent. The ambience and location are great. The entire property is very clean and maintained really well. The room which we got was facing the well-manicured garden and the porch was really spacious to sit with family and friends. The rooms are of good size, beds are comfortable with spacious bath and Western toilet. You will not need to buy any drinking water. The water they provide is well filtered with top-end equipment. There were lovely walking trails around the estate and outside the estate. There are also good roads and very calm and nice walking trails surrounded by coffee plants and other vegetation fruits and vegs. Good space to park the car. Great place to unwind and stay quietly. All the days both Breakfast and Dinner every dish they served was awesome and made with great care and exceptionally tasty. They have set very high standards with respect to food. We cannot get such great food even from top restaurants. The hosts keep refiling the food as well. Even though we ate what was provided, other guests even ordered other food items for their kids. The spice levels were only moderate which allowed us to eat well. Overall both hosts and service is great and is highly recommended. It is out first home-stay in India and in the region and hosts have set very high standards. Even we will return at least for the food again. This experience would rate higher than even many bed-and-breakfasts outside India that we had stayed with earlier. All served with great coffee and tea!

Reviewed By PreethibhattIts very close to the temple and so far the best in Sringeri. Sringeri has very limited option wrt to accommodation and most lodges are not very clean. But this lodge has very clean sheets and bathrooms. Its very convenient for an overnight stay.

Great weekend getaway
Reviewed By crazybyrThe home stay is easy to locate and is a nice getaway place for the weekend. The hosts, Mr and Mrs. Ramesh are wonderful people and made the stay wonderful. They have 5 dogs that are really friendly. Dog lovers will have a blast! There are 3 rooms, each to accommodate different group sizes and are clean and neat. Adjacent to the rooms is the cafeteria where food can be had on the ground floor or the 1st floor.There is ample car parking space too. Behind the homestay is the coffee estate where you can go for a walk if you feel like it. Less than 10min from their homestay runs the Hemavati river, you can get your feet wet in it. Devaramane viewpoint is less than 15km from here and is nature at its best. Airtel data works fine but Jio data connectivity is flaky as well as Vodafone. I was told BSNL works fine in that area too. Would definitely recommend the place for those looking for a homestay in that area.

Value for Money Budget hotel
Reviewed By Sujay KIf the budget is the primary concern to you, then you can choose this hotel. Since I was running out of options, I chose this hotel on my last visit to Chickmaglur. Biggest plus point of this hotel is it's location. It's just behind the KSRTC Bus Stop and very convenient to access busy market place. Though good restaurants are bit far, you can manage. Rooms were near with a led TV. Don't expect too much out of this budget hotel, the amount you pay will be very well justified. They provide geyser in every room which is really useful during winter season. The only negative thing I experienced was during midnight many somebody was talking in the corridor loudly and it took away my sleep. There is a small parking space available at the hotel which can accommodate 2-3 cars.

Awesome Homestay in thick of Coffee Valley
Reviewed By vinayakfVisited with family for 2 nights. Location is secluded and awesome! Right in the center of an active coffee estate. Food and hospitality was great. Roads upto the property are good. Plenty of space for car park. Thanks Nandu n team especially Parmesha for great service and making our visit memorable
