Reviewed By bamboocdWe had stayed at Citi Residenci, on the 17th, 18th and 19th of Feb in Asansol for my sister’s wedding. It was a comfortable stay, thanks to the efforts of Debashish and his team. They took care of all the preparations quite efficiently. The food was sumptuous, and the hotel complex is super clean, and the team had taken care of the hygiene and cleanliness, right from day one. It’s a must recommend if you’re travelling to this region. Hats off to the team for making our stay and the wedding a memorable one!

TOUGH TO STAY FOR ONE NIGHT.
Reviewed By desighosalWe, the families of five friends stayed in the hotel on 13-03-2020 for one night only. Air conditioner was not working and moreover water was falling from the AC. Response of the staffs was late and very poor. The taps of the bathrooms were not working properly. I stayed at room number 407 and one bulb was on through out the night. I have not found any switch to put off the light. Called for a staff who also unable to find any switch. The result was sleepless night for two of us. The lift was not in running condition. The authority have to take bold steps for improvements of the hotel services.

Reviewed By Manprit1712Well, we stayed here for a college reunion for a night. The hotel owner lady was really kind to us and really helpful. The rooms are as good as they get in a overnight hotel and the bathrooms were neat.

Reviewed By nagsauravStay was okay. Room was clean . Service was very poor. There is no intercom or bell for service call. food was not available. staff were cooperative but you have to book online for dinner which is very weird for a Hotel stay.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE
Reviewed By Suman BI had a plan to stay for 2 nights,but fled from the hotel the neaxt day morning at 6 am. Extremely overpriced rooms. For a small town like Burdwan, room tariff is 2700/- for a small double bed room. Toilet is pathetic with water leaking from commode shower & from basin tap. I stayed in Room 303. The window outlooks a narrow busy lane with full chaos. The food prices are like 3 star hotel. Extremely unfriendly front desk staff. They charged me for WiFi but in the evening told me that WiFi is available only in the lobby. This is cheating. I was so frustrated, that I left the hotel the next day morning. Avoid is over priced, low quality hotel at all cost. You will simply be wasting your money here.

Reviewed By Rajadas2014I was a 7 days official tour and booked this hotel on 5th May via phone as all other hotel were booked. Old bed sheet, dirty bathroom and foods are not available. Hotel boy helped to get it from outside the hotel. A very poor hotel. I wll never stay again.
