We had a fabulous experience - a first taiko lesson, with Kaede in Kobe - the hour passed so fast, and what a fabulous teacher! She built up the complexity so gently that even an uncoordinated person like I could follow and keep up. Did this with two francophone friends - Kaede is fluent in both English and French - An experience to be repeated on my next trip Ursula from Montreal

My kitchen is just north of Himeji Castle. If you come to Himeji Castle, why don't you drop by and have a culinary experience? What you will experience is you will have welcome drink and making sushi set. I will provide sweet dessert after meal. First of all we make Dashi stock from dried bonite flakes and kelp. Cooking real Japanese broth will be fun for you. I will explain about Japanese seasoning and Japan kitchenware for cooking. You will know how to make ball sushi in easy and simple way.
