Reviewed By mjack2016Found the location perfect for what I needed, good parking . I needed to change my booking on arrival due to the need for a pet dog to be in my room. This was not pre arranged by myself. The young lady on the reception was very helpful and efficient. She showed me a choice of two rooms to change to. I was very happy with the room. Nice and clean and a comfortable bed. Due to covid no option of buffet breakfast, however, they offer a lovely breakfast box for the fridge in the room.

Reviewed By Аксения КNice hotel in a small but charming city. The rooms we were in were very comfortable, modernly furnished. The price includes a buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes. The staff is very courteous. We spent a very nice week at this hotel.

Reviewed By T_RobertmThe hosts have done their best to give us ta perfect stay. The hotel is located a few km from the city, near the river. It offers a wonderful view. I liked seeing the horses riding through the garden and the hern birds sitting on the edge of the river.

Reviewed By VassilisTsValue for money accommodation choice a few min drive from Xanthi. Walking distance from Xanthi Football stadium. Rooms are spacious but old fashioned and need renovation. Breakfast is average but service from hotel staff is excellent

Very easy parking oposite to the hotel entrance in a dedicated and safe area. Close to the city center within 5'-8' of walking distance. Pleasant personel.

Reviewed By Barry RWe were on a Thomas Cook holiday to Thassos and had been taken to Kavala airport for our return journey, the departure time kept getting pushed back and by checking on Gatwick departures we could see that the plane that should have been coming for us was still on the ground, eventually the rep told us that we would not be going home till tomorrow afternoon (went down like a lead balloon) and that they had found a hotel for us all, could we collect our checked in bags and get on one of three coaches. We arrived at the hotel about 45 minutes later and formed an orderly queue (we're British) to check in, we were put in a room on the 2nd floor which we reached by the single lift, we had two single beds a television, refrigerator and a bathroom, wife immediately declared the bedding and bathroom clean. The bathroom would have been excellent 20 years ago but it was looking very tired and had a very low ceiling, the hotel however had provided shower gel and shampoo. The main room had definitely seen better days the curtains were difficult to close which you needed to do to cut down some of the outside noise, the hotel is situated on a busy road where the locals seem to enjoy making as much noise as possible as they could. The room did have air conditioning which seemed to work quite well. The following morning an excellent buffet was provided for breakfast. The whole hotel has seen better days and is in need of major refurbishment, the few staff around were friendly and efficient. All in all they did well to accept the sudden arrival of some 200 people and be able to feed us all the next morning, I feel it is the sort of hotel where a 1 night stay would be enough. We eventually got back to Gatwick 32 hours late.

Very expensive for the value
Reviewed By JnSdoeOne of my worst traveling experience!A bad aesthetics hotel in the middle of fields.. in the middle of nowhere.. that costs 120€ per night!!! if you are so unlucky to be obliged to be at the area on full season for the wonderful traditional hotels of the historical city of Xanthi!! Even if it’s too expensive the room.. without any obvious reason... they charge even the coffee at the breakfast!!!
