Just really bad
Reviewed By nicofrancaWhen you arrive at the Hotel, there is no one to greet you. You literally have to search someone that gives you the keys to your room. It seems like that you as a customer are a burden to the employees and they just do not want to work. The only friendly person was the cleaning lady. Furthermore the rooms are in a really bad condition. They could really use a refurbishment. The toilet flushes for good 2 minutes and it is really loud, almost unbearable. The only positive thing is the location. From the Hotel you can reach a lot of cool beaches with a car.

Reviewed By FedeinlondonWe stayed two weeks at the end of August with my husband and two children. We had a great time at the B&B and Matteo and family have been an absolute delight! The house offers 2 double bedroom rooms and one family room. There is small pool and a beautiful garden to relax before and after a long day on the beach Torre delle Stelle is a quiet village with 2 easy to reach beaches, a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. It is all about tranquility and appreciation of nature. Torre delle Stelle is also strategically positioned between Cagliari, south ovest of Sardinia and Villasimius and Costa Rei. Matteo has been great in providing advice on where to go and how best to reach the beaches. You would like Alma, Matteo and the location if you are a lover of simplicity, and a lover of sun, sea and beaches.

Perfect stay, close to a very good beach
Reviewed By Wim VWe stayed 3 nights in this place. We didn’t know what to expect and we were a bit afraid of the amount of tourists and the crowds on the beach on this side of Cagliari. However, Torre delle Stelle proved to be quite OK. And the recently opened b&b Daniela was a very positive experience. The place is run by two people who are really ski-professionals. And you can see this in how this b&b is organized. Nothing is left to coincidence. Every day the rooms are cleaned, the interior of the house is modern with all new equipment and the house is located in a quiet spot, less than 10’ walk from the beach. Breakfast in the morning, served by Paolo, is delicious with fresh fruit, bread, yoghurt.. more than you can eat.. There are not that many restaurants in the neighborhood, there is a market next door with a pizzeria which is ok, but we found better eating occasions in the neighboring village, Solanas. Finally, Paolo knows all about cycling! Don’t hesitate to have a chat with him if you’re a fan as well.. We are, so that was a great connection.. In short, ideal place as a basis for beach, Cagliari and some sightseeing in the neighboring ‘costa rei’ ..

The owners are exceedingly welcoming and do everything possible to ensure you have a wonderful stay with them. The place itself offered a super bedroom, en-suite, own patio area and shared sitting room. Tea and coffee were avaible to you as was space in the fridge to store any food items. We could not have asked for a more welcoming place to stay. Thank you Valentino and Lucia ... We loved being able to share your home!

Consigliato, ma la colazione....

La nostra stanza (rossa) era in pratica un appartamentino con cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e un grande bagno. Molto spaziosa e pulita. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le spiagge di Villasimius e dintorni. Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ok. Unico neo, mi dispiace dirlo, la colazione. Purtroppo causa covid il titolare ha detto che non poteva servirla nella terrazza, quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a prepararla. Ovviamente gli ingredienti ce li ha messi a disposizione il B&b ( latte, caffè, tè, marmellate, burro, nutella, biscotti, fette biscottate, brioche confezionate, una torta fatta in casa buonissima, jogurt. Non appena finivamo i prodotti ce ne venivano portati degli altri. Non è quindi mancato nulla, avrei dato 5 stelle ma per il fatto che ci si debba arrangiare a farsela ho dato 4 perché credo che in realtà si siano un pò approfittati della situazione covid facendo così venire a mancare un servizio publicizzato: B&b non prevede che io debba arrangiarmi a preparare la colazione. Lo rimarco perché sono poi stato ospite di altri 2 B&b in Sardegna nei giorni successivi e tutti mi hanno preparato la colazione a buffet come previsto. Simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi i genitori del titolare, persone squisite. Consigliato!

Suite Melodia con bella vista e tanti ma....

Accoglienza davvero misera non si sono degnati nemmeno di offrirci una bevanda dissetante visto il caldo esagerato con 38 gradi,manco una bottiglietta d’acqua lasciata in frigorifero al fresco. Mi aspettavo che ci fosse almeno una delle due piscine in comune come descritto nel loro sito villaorchestrasulmare.com ma sono risultate essere abbinate ad altre suite. Sicuramente averlo saputo prima e avendo un bimbo di 8 anni (rimasto molto male) avrei optato per un altra struttura con piscina. La prima sera recandoci nelle due camere per dormire intorno alle 23.00 ci accorgiamo di avere la zona pranzo terrazzata del terzo ed ultimo livello proprio al di sopra e potete immaginare i rumori provenienti,ma non per via degli ospiti maleducati o troppo rumorosi,ma per via di una pessima insonorizzazione tra le camere e il piano superiore. La mattina seguente faccio immediatamente presente a Valentina che se avessi riottenuto i miei soldi avrei cessato in maniera bonaria la mia vacanza senza ulteriori aggravanti del caso. Valentina mi fa chiamare dalla proprietà dicendo che è alquanto impossibile riottenere il rimborso se non trova prima dei nuovi occupanti (vergognoso per una struttura di un certo livello) che le camere sono insonorizzate,i lavori sono stati eseguiti da poco,bla bla bla e bla bla bla. Comunque decido di ritentare la seconda notte,andata decisamente meglio. Immagino abbiano comunicato loro di non fare troppo rumore,anche se ripeto,non c’entravano proprio nulla e dopo essermi assicurato che gli altri ospiti in arrivo a breve sarebbe stata una famiglia di sole tre persone decido di rimanere. Gli altri punti dolenti sono la poca privacy,la mancanza di una doccia esterna,vasca idromassaggio impraticabile per il troppo cloro,docce nei 2 bagni in miniatura,la mancanza di un barbecue,anche quest’ultimo descritto nel loro sito in uso comune,ma alla mia richiesta è risultato essere abbinato ad altre unità….. Ci sarebbe voluto davvero poco visto le mancanze subite farcene avere uno portatile per sole tre persone. In definitiva penso che la struttura sia molto bella con un vista spettacolare,ma che i servizi e soprattutto le descrizioni sul sito errate siano totalmente da rivedere,anche perché quando si spendono 750 euro al giorno bisognerebbe essere più attenti e comprensivi verso i propri clienti.
