Reviewed By Thomas SThe location toward the north end of Costa Esmeralda is good but the room was dark and humid. Both the room and the food to expensive for what they offered. Also a stupid stunt: We booked before hand over an internet site. We arrived fairly late, maybe 9pm, and they gave us possibly the worst room on the premises. Also the announced prices were lower then the ones we were charged, likely on booking.com, though I do not remember the site for sure. Better options are available nearby! They are all on the highway so you cannot miss them!

Reviewed By 253fannypLa relación precio-calidad es muy buena, el hotel es familiar, muy limpio, quienes lo atienden son muy amables siempre, lo que más me gustó es que hay una alberca poco profunda ideal para infantes y hay otra para adultos, el agua de ambas siempre está tibia. Todo excelente.

Reviewed By kathywells42The hotel has pretty grounds by a river, pool was OK but lots of teenagers in pool. This hotel worked out fairly well during our trip with a comfortable king bed. Beach club (Las Brisas) at Tecolutla (on the coast, a few miles from the hotel) was great. This was only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and it was fun and relaxing. The breakfasts at the hotel were good.

Reviewed By fannydannysLa habitación es regular , la limpieza regular, las instalaciones están deterioradas, el sr. que atiende a los huéspedes no es amable, se desespera de todo. La encargada del hotel es muy amable, la alberca está bien, el jardín está bien.

Reviewed By VivgcortesEl hotel es como una casa adaptada de hotel pero las habitaciones son muy sencillas, las televisiones de las cuadradas de antes, no se veía el sky, el baño muy amplio pero muy sencillo no salía el agua bien de la regadera, el personal de servicio muy amable y atento y el lugar muy tranquilo, pero considero el precio de la habitación muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.

Good location, great town!!
Reviewed By RockabelWe had a comfortable king room with a balcony overlooking the street. This hotel is in a good location just a few blocks from the beach and far enough from the center of town to be quiet at night. There is a fan but no air conditioning and during our stay the Wi-Fi did not work and the sliding glass door to our balcony did not have a screen and did not lock. Since the door had no screen we had to close it at night to keep out the mosquitoes and it got pretty hot. The room was kept very clean and the woman who runs it was very friendly and the neighborhood is cute, peaceful, and quiet. We arrived on Thursday and the town was completely dead but by Friday it was packed with Mexican tourists! The beach is quite a scene on the weekend! You have to see it to believe it! Like a carnival!! Very authentic and we didn't see one other western tourist there during the entire three days we spent there. We loved it!
