Reviewed By Sandra BIt was our second time to Filakas Hotel and everything was still as good.We requested the same room as before so when we arrived we felf as if never been away.The view from our balcony is great looking over to the harbour and Sivota .No problem with covid as everything was spotless.The breakfast is your usual Greek breakfast ,plenty to choose from.We hope to return very soon.

Reviewed By Jeff MWe returned once again to this lovely hotel. As on previous visits, staff were very friendly and helpful, The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The hotel throughout and the individual rooms and dining areas, were spotlessly clean. Excellent management of Covid rules too, including the supply of disposable gloves to use at the buffet breakfast. A lovely quiet location and ideal for local exploration.

The room was big, perfectly clean, with a beautiful view to the harbour. Continental breakfast, in some morning with tasty pies made by Ms. Polyxeni. Close to Karvouno and Bella Vraka Beach. The property has private parking, a big plus in the area.

Clean, modern, great staff
Reviewed By 742cherylnFacilities are immaculately clean, staff is kind and always ready to please, and the location is pristine as it is nestled between two tree-covered hills with a small sea view. Rooms have sea view, side pool view and no view. Our party stayed in a junior suite church had a living room and kitchenette and pullout bed and bedroom with insuite bath. The accommodation was great for our family although it would have been nice if the bathroom was not in our bedroom. We had an issue with our room key card and access to WiFi, and everything was addressed immediately. The kitchenette was not stocked with any utensils or plates, but this was on account of coronavirus restrictions. The hotel had very low occupancy on account of coronavirus, which negatively impacted F&B supplies and some dishes that were prepared had poor quality products. As the days went by, things gradually improved. Staff wore masks and we felt that all safety measures were being obeyed, from sterile pool towels in plastic wrap to the constant cleaning of all outdoor surfaces. The location is nice, although the beach near the hotel is just ok and the single-lane yet two-way access road must be tricky during high season. Congrats to the hotel during this difficult time and especially to Nikos and Afroditi for their graciousness. Note: I did not notify the hotel that I was a celiac as I brought my own food, but they informed me that if I had they would have ensured that there were ample options for me.

It is next to the main square of the village with the harbor just 20 meters away thus combining the benefits of the village center and at the same time the peace and the green surroundings of the hotel. Hotel Oriana has 9 fully renovated apartments decorated with delicate taste and passion, offering to the visitor a sense of warmth and intimacy while its modern equipment covers your needs by providing a guarantee for a comfortable stay. In our lovely courtyard there is a well-kept garden with small lounge areas where one can take the first morning breath under the olive trees and enjoy breakfast, coffee or a snack. Also, in the hotel lounge there is a small library and a minibar for customer service. Finally, we provide free WiFi internet throughout the hotel as well as an outdoors parking area for the vehicles of the customers.

Good location and great host
Reviewed By 457tatianatThe location is near the center and the principal street, where you can find the market, bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants. The Zavia beach is not far away and at the end of the street is the train station which can get you to another beaches. The room is big, the kitchenette has the necessary dishes to prepare the breakfast. The towels and linen are changed at 3 days. We had the nice surprise to have the room cleaned every day. Not all the places where we've been did that. And this is the only place which gave us the printed bill. I have only 2 suggestion to make: one is to put a net at the windows and door or to provide mosquito repellent. And the other one is to put a hanger near the shower. For me is essential to have the towel at hand :) All in all it was a very nice vacation at Delphin Rooms.

Reviewed By 808fabiojThe room wasn‘t clean (toilet and shower/ bathroom) so we left after the first night. When we told the owner about our complain she got rude and didn’t believe us at first so we showed her. She still took more money from us than we said because we left earlier.

What a great stay!
Reviewed By MyIslaWhat a great idea to have small shared pools instead of a big central one. It worked really well for our little ones but also for the perfect last dive after a long day at the beach. The location is good but only if you have a car since it is not in the center and you will most probably want to explore the area. The beach is nicer than most in the area and has a cute deck. Breakfast is continental with many delicious options. I’d only recommend better coffee. And finally the best feature of the accommodation is the helpful staff who will go above and beyond to meet your needs. A big thank you to all of you!
