Reviewed By johnvT9717UUWe enjoyed this hotel, it looks great, the rooms are spacious and well cared for, they come every day to clean and change the towels. The various swimming pools are excellent, there is also a lot to do for children. The hotel is within walking distance of Sitea where you can shop or eat at one of the restaurants. The hotel is situated east of Crete with very beautiful nature where you can make day trips. The hotel is very nice for couples or families with children, no noise in the evening just enjoy the bar with various (local) cocktails. The food is varied every day, with many choices, and nice and warm. In short, a fantastic hotel, nice and well located, good food and drinks where you are embraced by the Greek hospitality.

Great location
Reviewed By Linda-in-CTStayed there after arriving from the ferry from Rhodes. The ferry port is very close by so it was very convenient. The location of the hotel is great, we just had to circle the block a couple of times to find parking as it was Friday night. The room is exactly what we expected for that kind of price, it was clean, had good views (definitely upgrade to a front room) and the aircon worked well. We didn't try the pool area so can't comment on that. We wanted to eat in their restaurant just accross the road but the staff had a bit of an attitude so we left before ordering.

Reviewed By Hakon57Stayed one night - we were two persons in two separate rooms. Tje rooms were Nice and clean. The hotel is Located close to the port and the centre and despite this it was Quiet. The staff was vety nice and helpful. The hotel has a Private parking om the backside and with direct access to the hotel/reception.

Palm trees, manicured lawns and a clean pool complete the experience. Nektarios and his wife are exceptional hosts. 5 minutes after booking we received the first welcome call followed by a text message about the most important spots nearby (food, beaches and so on) Nektarios was keen to make sure we were comfortable and avoiding the crowded tourist spots! Tripadvisor can not keep up ;-) When we arrived Nektarios waited for us with a small dinner (wine, small tapas) from his own production at the pool. It was wonderful to be received like this and I have rarely experienced it in recent years :-) On the day of departure there was then a Greek breakfast (homemade yogurt, figs, pomegranate, etc..) We got a bottle of wine and olive oil on the top as a farewell gift ? Overall dreamlike and gladly again.

Very good and friendly service
Reviewed By Leonidastra86Siteia is a small and not very touristic city on the northeast of Crete. We like it a lot so we decided to stay a night before we continue with our trip. We looked for a hotel near the city but a little bit outside in order to have our peace and find a good place to park. The street is good and you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes with any car or vehicle. There is plenty space to park in front and in the back of the hotel. We were accepted from the owner of the hotel and her mother. Both very nice to us and very helpful and patient with every question we had. We got a room, actually it was an Appartment, at the back. Nice and quiet with enough space for our things. No view but not needed in this case. The decoration is simple but it feels like home. The bed was big and very comfortable. We could finally sleep with open windows as the rollers kept us safe and the room dark. At the windows there is also net for the insects. The bad is new and spacious. The price was very good and the place was quiet all the time we were there. If you want to go to Siteia you can walk for 15-20 minutes or take a taxi for 4 Euro. Of course you can get there with the car as well but check your parking options beforehand. We were very happy with this hotel.

Too expensive for the "comforts" it didn't have
Reviewed By elinavasilThe room was too expensive for the "comforts" that didn't have. There was a really small toilet in the bedroom, from which a really awful odour was coming out. There was NOT even a small set of bathing for a shower. The filters of the air condition was full of dust. The owner was nowhere and we had to call him even for paying.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY ON HARBOR IN SITIA
Reviewed By DarylJ552We had a reservation in Sitia but it was in a difficult to drive area on the side of a hill away from the harbor and restaurants so we found The Hotel Flisvos. It was on the harbor and there was a nice restaurant just across the street. The room was small and a little old but it was ok. The woman at the desk was very nice and told us where we could park right behind the building. The internet didn't work on our floor but we could do without it for one night. The room only cost 50 Euros and included breakfast.
