Room: the room was quite ok, large, very clean, nice furniture, one blanket was not quite ok, you could see through it into the light, the inside was not ok ... breakfast - a joke. nothing to eat, but some sweets, some leftovers - when we got there there was almost nothing to eat. asked for hot milk - nope. no cheese, nothing. the first time, in 2019, the same. too many sweets, no real food. location - great, parking great the morning we left (January 20) , at 5:30 in the morning, there was a man at the reception. We said good morning, he didn't answer to any one of us. I had to carry (with my 11 year old daughter) a lot of heavy luggage to the car because my husband hurt his back and he was in awful pain, he couldn't walk, the man at the reception did not even look at us or say something help somehow. the lady on the first day was quite nice. I do not understand why, being such a big hotel, why it feels so deserted. because of that and especially for breakfast, I will not stay there any more.

excellent restaurant and spacious rooms
Reviewed By jennifertravelsworldOur hotel room was much more spacious than most European hotels we've stayed at. The bathroom was great with heated floors and towel racks. There was plenty of counter space to spread out and the shower had fantastic pressure. My only complaint was that it only had a half wall so water did splash around. The bed wasn't anything special but it was fine. I appreciated that there was an in-room hot pot with tea and instant coffee offered for free. We had dinner at the in house restaurant our first night and it was delicious. I had one of the best steaks ever with a side of rosemary roasted potatoes. My husband had the veal which he enjoyed. The wine by the glass was tasty and inexpensive. We had breakfast there two mornings and it was a decent although not extensive buffet. My husband had eggs and sausage, I don't eat eggs so I made do with yogurt with fruit and granola and toast. We both enjoyed trying the little pastries they offered. We were in the area for an event at the palasesto and were told that this hotel was convenient. I have to admit that it was a much more of a walk than we were expecting, a solid 20-30 minutes through a construction zone. While I always felt safe, I know that others did taxi because of the distance. If I was to visit the area again, unfortunately I would want to stay on the other side of the construction zone closer to the metro stop and rink.

How this is advertised as a 4 star hotel is beyond me - unfriendly and unhelpful staff, dated decor, shabby interior, limited breakfast and NO AIR CONDITIONING. This hotel was advertised on their website as having AC, but after spending a night unable to sleep in the heat we moved rooms, only to find out that there is no AC in any of the rooms, with no apology or solution from the staff. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means.

Reviewed By hudsonsingermanyas an Hilton Member no status was acknowledged (seemed others without status get a better room) even though I was a paying guest. secondly it is in my profile away from lift, they did not look at that and put us right next to a lift which was very loud late at night (midnight onwards). plug socket hanging out of the wall under the tv and had not been cleaned on the desk (dust), room very dark lighting was discreet but difficult to see things. window in bathroom without shutters meaning everyone outside can see in with light on. really not impressed. when mentioned to reception nothing was done except pushed plug socket back in

Spotlessly clean. USB chargers in the room. Plenty of places to eat in the surrounding streets if not staying to eat in the hotel. Decor a little dated but price/value is excellent.

Reviewed By Parksfamily2014Was initially apprehensive as stayed here as part of a bargain weekend break with main purpose of catching up with friends who live in Milan. What a refreshing treat! The rooms were fine (clean, comfortable - small amount of noise from street) ; the staff extremely helpful and friendly; the location ideal - just a short walk to the metro. We had a meal here too - the restaurant was not busy, but the food (fresh fish) was utterly delicious - so much so we returned the next night!! Highly recommend.

I had everything in the kitchenette, starting with fork and knife and finishing with pots and all you might think. the apartment was 1 room, because I asked for one like that, but was a big room, with a matrimonial bed, in which 2 people + 1 small child, from time to time can stay comfortable. you could not hear the noises from the other apartments or from outside. we had also a washing machine and iron, in a small closet. the bathroom was large, with a window. we had also internet connection and the elevator was a big plus for us
