Reviewed By awbstlAs a stop on the way to Rome we booked a night at this hotel. We wished we had another day there, as it is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff are very good. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant has very good food. If in this are again, it will be the first hotel we will check out for a stay.

Baia Benessere (wellness bay) it's not only a bed and breakfast where to sleep but a nice place around the corner from the Castle of Santa Severa, its beaches and its sea.For lovers of a natural way of life, to relax and rejuvenate in search of wellness.Guest accommodation is new, nice and comfortable, like a premium hotel.There is also a space to offer shiatsu treatments, fitness, yoga.
Lovely stay
Reviewed By CanukcMarco's place is clean, bright, and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the breakfast very good. The beach is about 2kms away so you can walk but there is free parking at the castle. It's only 45 minutes from the airport so it's a great place to end your trip. That's what we did.

Reviewed By alioopOviedo_Fl_Unfortunately, we were only here for one night in order to get to the Rome airport early in the morning —so we arrived at dark and we left at dark. It is a beautifully appointed bed and breakfast. The host was very friendly and accommodating and the place was immaculate. The only downside was the room we stayed in was very, very small and did not have a balcony, which was OK for one night. If I were to stay longer I would want the larger balcony room. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Amazing place!
Reviewed By Ann HA few times a year we bring students here in the off season for a retreat and the staff cannot be more helpful or great. The rooms are spacious and clean the the sea front terrace is beautiful. The beach is lovely. The food is delicious and the chef is very accommodating for special dietary requests. Besides being an excellent place to bring large groups, it is excellent for families and couples. I highly recommend it!

Nice Hotel Resort
Reviewed By pamela mI had the possibility of spending a relaxing evening there, dining at the restaurant. Good food and service. Relaxing view on the countryside and sea, quite a new structure, colourful, endowed with a swimming pool, clay court, bar and rooms. The nicest feature is that it is located in a beautiful residential district of the town of Santa Marinella, 5 km far from Civitavecchia and known as the palm tree town! The district's name is "Prato del Mare" which literary means " seaside meadow" being mainly characterised by lea, flowery shrubs and nice individual houses with surrounding gardens.

Staff were great, Hotel badly misrepresented

We booked this spot very last minute based off the pictures on booking.com, which was our mistake really as we should have done more research as reading reviews now it’s obvious most others have similar feelings to ours. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was probably 3* at best, more like 2.5*. It’s very old and in very poor condition with peeling paint, water stains on ceilings, mold in the bathrooms etc. Everything was functional and the stay was comfortable enough but we did feel like expectations were far from met.

Reviewed By delapelotaSe volete trascorrere qualche giorno a Santa Severa, sulle belle spiaggie circostanti, ad es. alle spiagge nere al Varco 54 oppure a nord del castello, oppure farvi un giro in zona visitando proprio il castello di Santa Severa allora Le Casette di Fra al Bondi rappresentano una sistemazione molto comoda da un punto di vista della posizione e non solo. Il gestore Francesca è molto cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Gli appartamenti sono moderni e ben arredati e distribuiti, in alcuni la cucina è completa di frigorifero grande, ideale per famiglie di più persone o con bambini. La terrazza attrezzata con tavoli e panche per pranzare e cenare all'aperto, con tende apribili per ripararsi dal sole, è molto bella e un bello sfogo se non si vuole pranzare o cenare in locali. C'è anche un angolo barbeque (vedi foto) molto ben fatto e completamente attrezzato dove cucinare una bella bistecca alla brace. Inoltre a disposizione dei clienti all'interno della struttura c'è un locale con lavatrice dove poter lavare i propri vestiti o teli mare, che è possibile poi stendere ad asciugare nella terrazza suddetta. Altra comodità è il supermercato Eurospin situato al piano stradale dove poter comprare ogni genere alimentare. Il parcheggio è gratuito e i mini appartamenti hanno l'aria condizionata. Adiacente al supermercato c'è anche il bar e la tavola calda, ma il bar probabilmente cambiando gestione ha calato notevolmente la qualità di un tempo e la tavola calda, per ben due volte, ci ha servito cibo avariato.

Reviewed By solotravellerCanadaA very pleasant place to stay. Very clean and well-kept, with thoughtful attention to details and excellent hospitality from the owner. Located just off the main street and close to good restaurants. Noisy neighborhood in the daytime, but quiet at night.
