Reviewed By wetravelalot007We were here on business in SLP. We stayed here for a week. It was like no other property we had stayed. There is a large courtyard inside it. They hold tented events inside it. The manicured green space inside was a nice visual to view walking to your room. Our room was very nice as well. We had a King Suite with a balcony onto the courtyard. The bed was luxurious. It was situated down two steps in the room. With the small balcony in the same area. The bathroom had high end finishes. The room had dark wood tones. There was a working space in the room as well. It was not optimal but worked fine. Everything was very clean. Overall we were very comfortable for our stay. The building was unique. It was aging but it actually was what one would expect in a large fort like structure in Mexico. The check in was smooth and easy. They appeared to be very happy to have us there. Service was some of the best we had ever experienced at a Hilton property. The food and margaritas at this place were great. We had the breakfast comped for us because of our status. They were huge offerings and very well done. We ate one dinner there as well. The food was very good. It is located accross from places to eat. There are a few in walking distance. We felt very safe here. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff are amazing, the beds are perfect for me (big beds and hard so that you don't sink in). The showers are perfect - hot and great pressure and the rooms are big with a beautiful view of the city. They also have parking and friendly staff. The location can't be beat- Love this place!

I arrived earlier for check in and my room was upgraded to a master suite. The hotel included breakfast, a gym and a laundry. The room was very clean, comfortable and had an excellent view.

Okay Hotel… Hard to Find
Reviewed By rlgm007After driving around aimlessly for an hour, I finally found this hidden hotel… I passed many similar hotels and would have stayed in one of them had I not already having a reservation. Also didn’t like that every time I wanted to use the elevators I had to wait for the ornery security guard to unlock the elevator doors. The guard insisted that the elevators were slow because guests push all the buttons.

Stay at Hilton Tower SLP City prior to heading to falls
Reviewed By 267rebeccarWe stayed 1 night at the Hilton Tower (aka Conrad) in San Luis Potosi city before heading to Tamasopo to experience the beautiful waterfalls. The Hilton tower is the best hotel in the city. It's in a great location with several restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. We called an Uber to take us to dinner and there is a nice spot to wait on the 1st floor. Room was very clean, bedding was comfortable. It was difficult to use Netflix on the TV and TV channels only in Spanish, so that wasn't great. Coffee maker was difficult to use and 'pods'/'capsules' weren't labeled (regular, decaf, etc). Used the hottub and gym, which were both very nice. Pool towels weren't set out, but staff saw us using the facilities and brought us towels, and came out and turned the jets on (both greatly appreciated). The staff goes above and beyond at this hotel! Extremely professional. Highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are small, but the beds are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern, and the hot water was delicious. The only downside was a notable lack of electrical outlets - only one in the room.

Reviewed By TinoFFWHCA very good hotel direct on the highway outside of the city. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. They have a big parking lot and also a pool outside The room was very big with a big fridge and a microwave. It was clean too. I was here for 3 weeks. With Uber you can go to the city without any problems.

Tiny hotel for business, be aware of personnel
Reviewed By RomoSupremeThe hotel is what you pay for. It's cosy and nice. The rooms are clean, small and you are comfortable on them. The problem with this hotel is the incompetence of its personnel. Be aware of a guy called Julio. This guy is a despot and he believes is the owner of this hotel. If you have City Premios Rewards please make your reservation before you get to the hotel. Or this guy will try to charge you more arguing that its the Hotel's tariff. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL WITHOUT RESERVATION because this guy will scam you with prices than doesn't exist.
