Complete indifference from the staff at every turn – no one tried to speak to us on any occasion

Reviewed By Tyranny1057

Not the easiest hotel to find when you have a car, good that we tried in September which is late and low season as there wasn’t too much traffic around and parking spaces were available. In fairness the hotel directed us to spaces that were reserved for the hotel itself and we managed to get the last one. Rooms basic, simple and not overly clean. Curtains poor and broken so a lot of early morning light to wake you up. View over square outside a disappointment and not worth the extra as all you do is look at trees. Wifi good and bar service outside slow. Breakfast was a disaster with food left out, cold, mostly finished at 8.30 am or not there and to top it you have to pay extra to get real coffee. It was the total lack of communication that got to us; there were plenty of staff but most of the were sitting down smoking and not giving a hoot for the guests. We were so pleased we did not eat there the previous evening; go up the hill to Vinska Galerija "vukoje" where we had a magnificent meal with staff who cared.

The last option: bad sleep, but kind staff

Reviewed By tinamartina z

We were there for 1 night only. It was their last available room with 3 beds and a bathroom, the lady from the reception was very nice and she showed us the room before we took it. At first sight it was okay but let me start with a bathroom: There were 3 little shampoos and soaps, but the bathroom looks like the time stopped somewhere in the last century (look at the photo). There is always water in the bath tub and it is not possible to flush the toilet. Big minus. The room itself did not have TV and the wifi signal was weak. Room did not have the air conditioning. One of the sheets had an unwashed drop of blood, although the sheets were washed, thankfully there were other to cover it. The biggest problem was definitely the noise at the night, we were on 6th floor and there was a wedding at the 1st floor and a boat on the river which is actually a club. We could not sleep until 2 am, but that is not hotels fault. The breakfast was okay, there were some cereals, cheeses, hams, eggs... Also they do not have maps of Prijedor in the hotel but I have to compliment the kindness of the staff in the hotel.

Friendly, cheap hostel in a good location in town

Reviewed By ElizabethJK

I had a room to myself with four bunks. The shower had hot water, although you need your own towel. There were plenty of power points in the room, although there was a power outage in the morning, so the lights then weren’t working. The manager, Miles, is friendly. The hostel is in a good location in town, and cheap. If you’re looking for luxury accommodation, this isn’t the place for you, but if you’re fine with somewhere cheap and cheerful, this does the job!

Good hotel, very bad treatment

Reviewed By caveatxemptor

Facilities are OK, but the reception personnel where very rude on leaving, as we were requested to leave the room by 9:00 in the morning, and we left our room key card on reception desk (nobody present at the moment) and they couldn't find the plastic (fully white) later and were requesting us to pay 10€ for leaving, and we didn't agree and they started to insult us (in their language, fortunately) and doing bad gestures with the hands. Very upsetting.

1 night stopover

Reviewed By aidilnoor

We had a 1 night stopover at Banja Luka and it was a comfortable stay at this hotel. I would say that the interior looks really modern although there's no elevator/lift so you got to lug your suitcases up the stairs. The size of the room is pretty decent and there's a heater too. No kettle but you could go down and request for some hot water. They serve pork ham for breakfast so might not be too halal-friendly although there are other options like waffles and bread. The hotel has a private parking area so parking isn't a problem.

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean and spacious.

Reviewed By toreiraq06

We stayed for a week. The hotel is newish and fit for purpose. Rooms were clean, wifi worked fine. A small gym with a few weight machines and a pool. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking into the town centre. A slight gap under the door, and sounds come easily though the walls, and no English speaking international news channels on the TV, but worth the visit and I would come again.
