Reviewed By 487elzamWhen I was looking at pics of this hotel I thought it’s very beautiful place. But all pics are with a lot of photoshop. The furniture is very old, the room number is dirty.. Instead of a normal bed, there are two dirty mattresses laid on top of each other that are always driving. A very old dead air conditioner, from which there is a strange smell. But the air conditioner doesn't cool enough, I can barely stay in the room anyway because it's very stuffy here. As for room cleaning: yesterday they forgot to remove the balcony and a cloud of ash in the ashtray in my room, and today they woke me up with a loud knock on the door despite the "do not disturb" sign. They also woke me up when called about 01-00 am to tell that I got negative pcr test instead of sending me email like they promised. Don’t try to order some food in their restaurant: it’s too bad. I ordered the shrimp salad, but as an result they brought me a lot of onion with not fresh shrimps. Unfortunately, I have to leave here earlier, because being here is unbearable. The only positive thing is that the staff is cute and is still trying to do something for your being here, even though only one girl knows English from all the staff and she knows it so-so. Anyway, I saw a terminal where you can pay with a virtual card, but they didn't give me a chance to pay the bill using apple pay. To be honest, this hotel has set quite a nasty sediment. No toilet paper at all. I had one when I check in but after no one gave it to me. Stuff is nice but all here is trying to get all your money. This is not worth this money it’s too expensive for this level of service. When I was leaving, I asked to order a taxi for me (they had already helped me and ordered a local taxi at a relatively adequate price). The last time they ordered me a transfer that costs a lot of money and it once again showed the attitude of the locals to you.

The hotel space is beautifully designed, from rooms an lobby to rooftop pool + bar, everything is so new, fresh and pleasant to be in. The staff is very friendly, especially Nang Fo! She really helped a lot, so nice and kind! This place is wonderful, I definitely recommend

One Hell of a good place away from Phuket town
Reviewed By 332ricky1954Stay on 2 occasions. Both were remarkable. Joe the son of the owner is one heck of a good host. Arrived by scooter to his place. A ways out of the Phuket core but well worth the detour. The apt. was impeccable. Kitchenette with everything you'd need to cook if thats your choice. Microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, utensils everything. Joe went out of his way during my stay. Kept my backpac while I travelled the islands. Always willing to help. Pick you up at rhe bus station or ferry pier etc.... Just a great place. Highly recommend.

Reviewed By JosefB1979Comfortable, but very expensive quarantine hotel, hospitel. They just take your money and suck you dry until your wallet is empty. Quarantine food is a joke. The cleaning is the biggest joke of them all. When we checked in, there where hair and pubes still on the floor and the cleaners dont use detergents even though its covid time. The area is very dirty, lots of garbage laying around and ants everywhere thanks to it. The guests (english people) here are disgusting and noisy too, throwing garbage everywhere, specially beer bottles. No respect for enviroment, other guests and thai staff. The facilities are very small, the middle pool area is good but the other ones have turbid water. The gym, isnt a gym. Its just a small room.

Decent rooms, poor breakfast and staff
Reviewed By iwenedyThe rooms are okay, clean. But the breakfast was awful, even the eggs tasted like paper, milk ran off, greasy deep friend food is not appropriate for breakfast. The staff were all grumpy. There is a 7/11 real close so better buy food there.

T - House >> The Low cost hotel with premium service we place at "koh Sirey" , Phuket . near Asian Marina pier ,Sirey bay and "wat koh sirey one of most beautiful temple in Phuket . just only 15 minutes from central phuket ,T-House is the good choice for one who wanna save the budget for the accommodation. you guys can't find the beautiful place with this price
