A traditional guesthouse run by Anna and Gregory. It is located in the center village of Prespes region ,called Laimos. From here you can start your daily trips around Prespes, starting with a small hike on the surroundings mountains or even organize a roadtrip to the city of Florina.
THE PREFECT FAMILY PLACE!
Reviewed By titoss2014We have stayed for 7 nights, between Xmas 2018 and the new year of 2019. What a delightful family runs this place! A couple (Gregory & Anna) with their 4 children will welcome you, keep you company, make a fantastic breakfast with home made yogurt, sweets and pies, cook, clean, light the fireplace and keep you company in interesting conversation, even entertain you at night with a guitar! This wonderful family have made us feel part of it and helped us spend a homey new year's eve, even though we were 600 km from home. Rooms are large and all have a fireplace, the whole building is traditionally built and furnished, bathrooms (although quite small) are always very clean and filled with home made soap products. If you want to see magnificent Prespes, Laimos village is right at the center and Ariadni (the oldest daughter) Guesthouse, is THE place to stay.

The guesthouse is family run, very informal (you quickly get the feeling that you are part of the family) with extra evening coffee whenever you feel like it. The food was home cooked on the spot and very tasty.The room which was very basic and slightly overpriced

Philippos Traditional Hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Psarades near the shore of Megali Prespa. The building itself was built in 1890 by Michael Papadopoulos and renovated in 2007, keeping its traditional style and artistry of architecture of its time. it is located right in the village square. Philippos Traditional Hotel consists of 4 spacious rooms with traditional architecture, two triples and two doubles. You can choose between double or twin beds. All rooms have a private bathroom and heating. There is a kitchen in the hotel, where you will find beverages for your breakfast. You will also find full kitchen gear for preparing your meal or breakfast.The hotel is open all year long. Our visitors can enjoy the activities offered by the region such as site-seeing, the Basilica of St. Achilles and hermitages of Psarades village with it’s famous murals.

Reviewed By Stelios CWe stayed for a night and really enoyjed the room and the quitness. It is in the center os Psarades, Prespes and you can take a lot of walks from there. The people were friendly and the breakfast was superb, at very low cost.

Panorama Prespa rooms is located at the highest point of Agios Germanos Prespa an altitude of 1200 meters. It is 45 kilometers from Florina and just 25 kilometers from the ski resort 'Vigla' Pisoderiou. Panorama Prespa consists of three restored buildings that are built according to the Macedonian architecture. The Hotel building was a hostel owned by the women cooperative of Agios Germanos .

Reviewed By dorian1977The Agios Germanos village takes you back a century or more with it's cobble-stoned roads and picturesque antiquated terraced houses, when you drive through this "time capsule" and come to the other side of the village, you turn right onto a hill and after a couple of bends you arrive at Panorama Prespes. The owners (Lena and her mum) were adorable, they made us feel like it was our home. The room was immaculately cleaned and the inside door led onto a magnificent balcony with views to cherish for a lifetime. We fell instantly in love with this place not only because of the endowed location but because we were shown hospitality with a capital H. Lena was the perfect host making sure we had everything we needed (and more). The breakfast was sublime and for my wife who is lactose intolerant, Lena and her mum went out of their way to make sure she also had a great breakfast experience. To top it all off before leaving they gave us a small gift (some local Tsipuro and traditional sweets). By far, the highlight of our stay was the first night where we caught the most magnificent view at sunset . We will definitely be coming back and recommending Panorama to our friends and family.

Reviewed By silvetWe were a group and the hotel wasoverbooked and 3 of us had to go to a nearby hostel. They didn t take resposibility for it. I cannot rate the hotel only share this event. I gave it an average rating but for those who stayed there it might rate higher. We were placed in MansionHouse of Dilopo, a very simple place but had all the amenities a backpack traveler needs, to make coffee or tea, to iron clothes, paper slippers. .

Our, four-key (A' class) hotel, based in Village PLATY, Prefecture of Prespa, Region Florina's Greece, It is located in a beautiful place, with a view to a magnificent sight of Prespes with its 2 so-called lakes. It is situated, in the Village Platy, in the center of Prespes basin and is about 2 Km far from the Lakes, about 43 Km from the town Florina, about 50 Km from town of Kastoria and some 220 Km from Thessaloniki city Our hotel has: - The old building (as of 2000) "VillaPLATYthea" : With Apartments of about 70 m2 (two rooms, living room, WC and kitchenette, with or without fireplace, TV, Fridge, Electric stove etc), as well as Two-Bed Studios. - -·The new building "PRESPA WELLNESS RESORT" with traditional architecture: Apartments of about 36 m2 (all with fireplace, WC, TV, Kitchenette, Fridge etc). - Spa Wellness Gym Center (Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, hamam, gym etc). Also the hotel has, Dinning Room - Lobby Bar with fire place, Pool Bar, outdoor swimming pool (for Adults and for kids), Special Cooking Place with garden barbecue, roofed parking areas, outdoor Basketball & Volleyball court, conference center and a folklore museum. A little corner in paradise
Reviewed By Manuel_PortoArhontiko is located in the center of Psarares, near the lakeshore and the small harbor. Psarares is a small, quiet and relaxing village. Arhontiko is a modest place, clean and good value for money to spend a night. The staff is extremely friendly. At our arrival, the owner proposed us two rooms, both with balcony: one double on the first floor without views; and a twin in the second with wonderful views of the lake. We opted for the one on the second floor, that the owner rapidly transformed in a double! There is no lift, but he insisted on carrying our luggage to the second floor. There was no air-con in the room, which was not a problem because despite the high temperatures during the day, after the sunset the temperature went down very fast. The internet worked very well. Arhontiko also has a tavern in a separated contiguous building where we had a delicious dinner and also where a heartful breakfast was served.

Our Guest House is Traditional stone house that is on the architectural trail of Agios Germanos Village . It has a cozy and wark living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen for use. Our breakfast is fresh and seasonal and is based on the 0 KM food idea wich means we buy our products from small and local producers. We offer transports and packages with activities for all ages and for families
