Reviewed By RachelkxBeautiful resort with dedicated staffs. They even put a small birthday cake in the room for my mother-in-law's birthday! So sweet of them. Their food at Seasonal Taste is fantastic, breakfast is delicious. They also provide a lot of bottled water in the room. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Going to Phuket Old Town is around 200+ by normal grab or 500-600 by grab plus (commuter van for 9 to 12 pax) Wonderful resort.

Also room slippers normally disposed & not reused (we returned all this am). Otherwise all good. Thanks again.

Reviewed By pulsarboyWe loved this hotel. The location is isolated and quiet which was lovely, but being high up in the hills, the views, especially during storms were amazing. We had a car and anything we needed was just short and easy drive. The staff in the car park were really friendly and helpful and waiting for the trolley to the room never took long. we stayed in a waterfall villa and it was gorgeous, it was nice and spacious and we loved the split level living. The pool was big enough to bon about and swim in without being too big. My one and only gripe with the room is that the air-conditioning runs off of a plastic tag on the keys. This meant arriving at the room it was stuffy and hot (after a long drive from the north of the island), and also if you were out for a short time (ie for breakfast) and wanted to leave it running, this wasn't possible. I understand this may be an energy saving scheme but I would have thought it would be more efficient to to keep the room cool rather than letting it heat up (which it does very quickly as three walls are glass) and then run the air con at full blast to cool it down again. I would expect this at a budget hotel but at a luxury boutique hotel, I found this annoying, and the only reason I had have had to take a star off. The wifi was patchy however the staff were excellent and gave us a dongle to use until it was restored. One morning we had a visit from a beautiful flying snake. We had to ask for it to be removed as it started to size me up, and again they were very quick and efficient at doing this. The food was very good from what we had. Breakfast each morning was delicious, really good quality and fresh buffet items and then eggs cooked but the egg chef. We were never left wanting. We have the in room candle lit meal and everything about it was perfect. It was one of the best meals of our 2 week stay. The staff really set it up to make it look nice. If you have a vehicle, it is well worth visiting the coffee shop located vertically above the resort, it has some of the best views on the island and their French toast is out of this world! Reception staff were really pleasant and helpful too, arranging the candlelit dinner and arranging a late check out for us. We would definitely stay here again, the tranquility and setting were just amazing, the air con could have been better in the heat of summer.

Quarantine experience in tint hotel phuket
Reviewed By mise12This little hotel ,off the beaten track but accessible to facilities,was my unplanned home for 10 days . Yes j contracted Covid and was directed there to convalesce.However the experience was amazingly diluted by the warmth and friendliness of the staff team ,efficiency of room service and attention to detail beyond the call of normal expectations. All staff were professional and proactive in dealing with requests and enquiries and the team had a defined caring culture which was conducive to recovery and assisted in stress reduction during a trying time .The manager starfish deserves special mention as she problem solved decisively and proactively while maintaining excellent guest relations. Therefore I can only but recommend this little hotel as a must stay if in phuket town and I sincerely thank staff for their kind support and efficiency at all times .

Great facilities including a safe and a fridge filled with complimentary snacks and bottled water which was such a nice touch! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Could get pool towels from reception to use at the rooftop pool, which was stunning! So clean and amazing views of the town & sea. This hotel is in a great location as it is within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in town. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Even though in the town, rooms were quiet and pool was nice. Had a lovely dinner and drinks in the evening, restaurant completely empty, but still very good value and food. Recommend for an easy overnight stay, but wouldn't stay here for much longer than 2 nights

Reviewed By 212minhcThis hotel is really nice! They have phones that you can borrow for free as long as you don't break it! The beds are very comforting. You also can play board games with your friends, kids, and other family members downstairs. You also have a small pool that is also available outside! But it's unusual placement of the room numbers on the ceiling got me a bit confused. This place also have bike rental if you needed to use a bike. Other than that, the rooms have a lot of space and the surrounding space -ceiling, floor, walls- have a lot of characteristics to it, you also get a small buffet every morning.

KIDS RUNNING THE SHOW!
Reviewed By MigsyPThis is a hotel not a boys scout! First couple of times I got my room cleaned, I noticed that half of it wasn't cleaned. Then I found out that the girls cleaning my room are teenagers, really? I've been all over the world! I've stayed at 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star, hostels, bungalows, Airbnb's etc. Can't remember the last time kids cleaned my room. They missed everything, cobwebs in the corners of the laminated flooring, dust on top of the TV, clean the Hob, clean the kitchen drawers, clean the fridge. If I was this establishment I would employ adults with real hospitality experience. I REST MY CASE!
