Nature all around
Reviewed By ykh_malaysiaWe had super wonderful experience here. The check-in and check-out was fast and efficiency with very hospitable staff who also speak good English. It is just about 300m off the main town touristy areas and can easily walk for food, groceries, etc. Overall, the resort is superb; clean, well kept, orderly, secure, quiet and private. It makes for a pleasant cool walk, especially in the mornings. The Eco-tent we stayed are clean and in good condition, inside and outside. The bed is very comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities is a small inconvenience but it offers adequate numbers of clean and private cubicles. The open air standing shower is also a wonderful experience. The water pressure is good and there's hot and cold water. The entire resort is amply lit by subdued lightings to blend with the natural environment. The on-site carpark is large and secured. Breakfast is very good and provides a good range of local and western food. The resort is noisy in a good way with presence of lots of insects, birds and small animals, but human loud talkings and partying is a put off since the tents are not soundproof. Look out for the pretty woodpeckers and the snow white squirrels and the occasional checkos. Outside the tents, are beautiful mountain range views. Most mornings, they are shrouded by mists. In the evening, around 6.30-7.00pm, we were fortunate to see many waves of thousands of bats, flying out from the mountain areas and crossed the resort. Overall, this is simply a wonderful resort.

A very nice place to stay
Reviewed By 128bradleypI stayed for 3 nights. The room was a garden view villa overlooking the mountain and green country side. IT was so quiet and peaceful. A nice change from busy Bangkok. The room was very comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was very dark even with the blinds open. It needs much better lighting in the bathroom. The towels were a bit old end should be replaced. Meals in the restaurant were okay but the staff seemed not too interested. English was a problem but I am used to that. I will most certainly stay again when I need to chill out and get way from Bangkok. I want to mention Khun Gift at the front reception. She was very pleasant and did an great job to welcome us. She likes her job and is proud to work at The Paz. Thank You Khun Gift.

Shower area flooded, not fixed despite twice complained.
Reviewed By LiewTHThe room itself is pretty decent, neat and clean. The wifi is decent, as is the airconditioning. Hillside view is pleasant. But the shower area floods after a minute or two of showering. The blockage must be further down, as the water outflow from shower stall overflows out of the floortrap in the toilet floor. Despite two complaints on different occasions, this was not fixed. The breakfast buffet has poor choices, and the waitstaff do not bother to check if the food in the foodwarmer trays are running out. When I saw several were empty, I decided to call out to the staff who were chatting behind the omelette station, and he just looked at me in a disinterested manner, before slowly going to take the tray to the kitchen for refill or prepare a fresh batch. I will not recommend this hotel.

Warm welcome from the Front Desk. Big massive smile on everyone’s face. We had the pleasure to meet the GM who is clearly enjoys what he is doing as he showed us that that he is true sincere gentlman and a role model to everyone. The resort is just perfect. Everything you need is just in there. Pool, spa, gym, golf, entertainment, farm, restaurants, everything comes with world class service (guaranteed). The room was super specious and comfortable. Balcony has a stunning view. Restaurants on-site offer a delish, succulent and yummy mouthwatering food ( international, Thai). Also to mention , the GM and his staff had gone above and beyond and arranged a birthday cake to my friend. It was a nice gesture from them. Beautiful & peaceful
Reviewed By Jay GWhere Bruce Lee & film crew stayed whilst filming The Big Boss in 1971. Film locations also close bye. Although old hotel, the grounds & rooms are large and modern. Located next to the main road and easily accessible, yet the rear of the hotel grounds are next to a river where you can dine and have breakfast peacefully. Feels like you are out in the country. Staff are very helpful and can tell you where the film locations are. The scene where Bruce lee has dinner is also within the hotel. Just around the corner is a lovely restaurant museum where you can dine next to the river and also explore all the fascinating vintage items. Very large and worth a visit just to look around all the fascinating items from vintage buses & scooters to toys & games.

Nice pool villa room and duplex room

Another night we stay in Duplex room that has a beautiful Mountain View with the balcony. The service is standard and the breakfast is average. A little bit disappointed with the high cost of the hotel.

Reviewed By Loo YThe place might look underwhelming on the outside but the rooms were very clean. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. The room just gets a'lil dim at night tho, cause of insufficient lights and the lack of lifts made the luggages a hassle.

A big resort in Khao Yai, friendly staffs
Reviewed By KV_1989Stay for 1night with friend, First arrival, everything is busy and confused as I just knew that the area is vaccine center. Car parking for hotel is super busy, noone helps and guideline us for where we can park the car. By the way when I stepped in to reception, all staffs are super nice and helpful. Khun JIB reception, bellman and housekeeping make me impressed. Room is ok, AC is noise and low water pressure. It’s ok for 1night stay. Room is not friendly for senior and child person as you have to walk 5mins from reception.
