Lobster pasta
Reviewed By Anastasia AWe visited asterias’ restaurant. We really enjoyed some traditional plates, including fried pie and local cheese. The best part was the lobster pasta. We called and asked for a lobster earlier that day. The lobster was female, I believe that is tastier, and well cooked. The tomato sauce was well done, a little bit sweet and the pasta al dente. We paid 55€ for the lobster pasta which is a really good price if you take into account that lobster was approximately a kilo. Service is great and the place is on the beach literally.

Our residences consist of five independent and unique apartments of 87 sqm. Each, fully furnished and equipped with balconies in every side to enjoy the excellent view, as well as a wonderful garden for relaxing moments. The best hospitality from a great family
Reviewed By davidgV9568QAWonderful calm place surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed morning walks around the Hotel, seating on a balcony with a beautiful view, very friendly and warm hosts. The Hotel is nice very clean and cozy, comfortable beds, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, Very close distance to the beautiful sandy beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the neighborhood as well, Very good location. highly recommended for everyone. Thank you Maria and your lovely parents, we will definitely come back.

Reviewed By SofiaisouΕμείς πήγαμε χωρίς μεταφορικό μέσο και δε θα μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε σε καλύτερο σημείο.. Μπροστά από το κατάλυμα περνάει το λεωφορείο που σε πάει λιμάνι και σε μερικά ακόμα ενδιαφέροντα μέρη του νησιού.... Δίπλα στις παραλίες, Μαγαζιά και Μώλος, κοντά στη Χώρα...στην οποία πας σε 10'-15' με τα πόδια ανεβαίνοντας την πλακόστρωτη σκάλα...μια μαγική διαδρομή με εκπληκτική θέα! Μπορεί να έχει αρκετό λαχάνιασμα μετά, αλλά αξίζει η εμπειρία!!! Πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα είναι μια από τις πιο καλές ψαροταβέρνες του νησιού, ο "Στέφανος" στα Μαγαζιά (3' με τα πόδια) Καθαριότητα, περιποιημένοι χώροι, όμορφη θέα, ευγενεστατοι και ζεστοί άνθρωποι, πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς!!

Ήσυχο και καθαρό αλλά...
Reviewed By annak1711970Παρόλο την ηρεμία, την ησυχία και τη θέα προς τη χώρα που προσφέρει η τοποθεσία, την καθαριότητα του χώρου και του εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος (κήπος) και την ευγένεια των ιδιοκτητών, βρήκα δύο μείον. Το πρώτο είναι το κρεββάτι το οποίο έτυχε στο δικό μας δωμάτιο να τρίζει τόσο πολύ που τη νύχτα γυρνούσες πλευρό και ξυπνούσες από το θόρυβο. Μάλλον θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το δεύτερο είναι η σκουριασμένη πιατοθήκη στην κουζίνα και η σκουριασμένη βάση για τα αφρόλουτρα στο μπάνιο. Βέβαια με τα χρήματα που δώσαμε για το δωμάτιο (αρκετά) θα θέλαμε να περιείχε και πρωινό.

Seriously over priced!
Reviewed By Periegites32I booked this place on line for 95€ without breakfast per night obviously due to August peak season. This place certainly does not worth that money! Rooms are super basic, located pretty much in a quite basic area, next to a fairly busy road. No panoramic view of anything really. The air conditioning was noisy, has not been cleaned since it was installed and I had to adjust the flaps literally manually with my own hands. The taps and shower in the bathroom were covered with salt due to the poor maintenance and a bad small was coming out of the water every time we used it. Last but not least there was amazingly poor storage space in the room and the mini fridge was super noisy. Overall I would not recommend that place

Reviewed By TakisKaragiannisMeroi Studios is a typical Greek rent room facility. Cheerful and friendly accommodation, mostly due to the owners. Helen (Eleni) and Jim (Dimitris) are so kind. Although the facilities are located in a beautiful place, with a palm trees row, the comfort is not their point. Tiny shower and totally uncomfortable bed. It's a pity cause it could be a great asset for a 55€ per night (August 2014). Despite all these, Meroi Studios offer a great wi-fi connection, something not so common for a Greek island accommodation facility.

Reviewed By dima297Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο! Πεντακάθαρο με ολοκαίνουρια Επιπλα και μπάνιο. Φανταστικό βεραντακι με κήπο σε πολλή ήσυχη περιοχή. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κουζινάκι μέχρι και μηχανή nespresso ! Πολύ καλή οικονομική επιλογή!

Reviewed By antoni vΤα δωμάτια δεν είναι τόσο πολυτελείας αλλά είναι πεντακάθαρα όπως και ο περιβάλλον χώρος και η παραλία ακριβώς από κατω. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοι Πολύ κοντά έχει σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ. Θέα στη θάλασσα σχεδόν από όλα τα δωμάτια.

In Molos and just 2km from the town of Skyros, the rooms are AURA. Ideal for quiet holidays and relaxing. Just 300 meters. from the unique beach and 350m Spins. Molos from the beach. The shops (bakery and mini-market) is just 100m. from the complex. The complex offers double, triple and quadruple rooms with the addition. It also features two-room apartments fully equipped with private balconies

Reviewed By florlevVery warm and personal service! The owners Mr. Kostas and Ms. Maria did everything they could to accommodate me, my mother, and my cousin at the very last minute of our booking. Because our booking was made at the last minute, we had to change rooms during our stay, but this was communicated clearly to us from the beginning. We were very happy with all three rooms that we stayed at - a maisonette, a quadruple, and a triple room. All were very clean with daily cleaning service, comfortable, and well equipped. Avra is located very close to the beach of Molos (the best in the island in our opinion), and yet very close to Skyros town. The studios are very quite and we loved the beautiful garden! This isn't a hotel - so one should not expect the typical amenities a hotel offers. They are well maintained studios, run by a hospitable and friendly family. Vey pleasant stay! Thank you Mr. Kostas and Ms. Maria for everything!
